The rooms were very clean. You had to share a bathroom which was clean too. The hostess/greeter Mari Cruz was just the sweetest young lady. She is most helpful for any questions you have. The place was easy peasy and with walking distance to ALL!

Horrible communication and never got to check in even after providing confirmation number and recipt. They kept my money. Had to pay for a room at another hotel. Will not be back.

We arrived late (9pm) to our reservation. There was no sign for the hotel so we wandered around in the rain a bit until a local told us to ring a bell in one of the buildings. Someone let us in so we went in to get shelter from the rain and figure out if there was someone from the hotel inside. Once again there was no signs so we looked closer at the reservation which had a phone number to call in the fine print. After calling multiple times and being put on hold for a while someone finally picked up said they couldn’t see and hung up. Calling again they picked up the phone and played music in the background without saying a single word lol. We ended up scrambling to find to a different hotel. Next day I called Expedia to cancel the reservation. They contacted the hotel and promptly canceled it, I was hoping to get a refund but no refund was issued. Overall a horrible experience, no signs, no costumer support, we had to wait in the rain and pay same day prices to stay at a different hotel with no refund from this hotel.

Todo se escucha, los mismos encargados son ruidosos, no ponen horario para dejar de hacer ruido a cierta hora y por ende hay ruido por la noche y no dejan dormir.

En general no está mal el hospedaje a pesar de ser un edificio muy viejo con remodelaciones muy mal hechas, se descansa bien y la ubicación está genial para visitar el centro de la ciudad; me gustaría ser más objetivo sin embargo, la zona donde se ubica está muy sucia, es un barrio antiguo con olores desagradables. El precio está bien tomando en cuenta lo que mencioné.

La habitación dista mucho de lo que muestran las fotos reporte que había una fuga de agua y que se encharcaba el cuarto y no me cambiaron de habitación tenía que esperar al día siguiente la regadera estaba rota no había jabón para manos y solo te ponen un rollo de papel para cuatro días

Es como la describen, eduficio antiguo pero renovado el piso de madera rechina la ubicación es buena solo considerar que por la noche hayvarios bares LGBT posiblemente hay personas que se puedan sentir incomodas pero la ubicacion tiene muchas formas para transladarse dentro de la ciudad

No se si por ser mes del Orgullo, pero los antros que estan a los lados atrajeron tanta gente toda la madrugaba que gritaba y cantaban hasta las 05:00 am y no se pudo dormir muy bien Lo que si es que la cama es una belleza, el colchón es tan cómodo y las almohadas increíbles, es bonito por dentro bien decorado y muy espacioso, vale la pena

Este no es un hotel. Son habitaciones dentro de un edificio de departamentos. Por lo que no hay recepción. Es más parecido a un Airbnb. Las habitaciones con baño privado son amplias y cómodas. No hay elevador así que hay que subir varios pisos.

Sin duda un hotel muy económico, limpio y bonito. No cuenta con elevador, pero créeme que no es problema. Habitaciones cómodas, agua caliente y atención vía WhatsApp por cualquier duda y/o apoyo, yo disfruto mi estancia que llevo muchos viajes hospedándome con ellos.
