Stayed in this apartment for two nights with my wife and two children. It was clean, spacious and kids friendly (playground nearby and kids utensils in apartment). Parking was free and convenient. Although the reception closes at 5pm, clear instructions were given through email on how to collect the keys. I would also recommend the The River restaurant located next door.

Wonderful apartment stay at Margs

We had a very good stay at the apartment, clean, comfortable and accommodating although hope that they’ve served daily breakfast. Unit was well equipped, spacious and would recommend to anyone staying at Margs.

Leeuwin is a 5 mins' drive from town centre, walking may take 10-15 mins; location is convenient. There are 4 of us but think the apartment unit given to us is for 6 (Thank you!). There is a kitchen and living area toilet on the ground floor, bedrooms bathrooms are on the upper floor. Kitchen is well-equipped and we were able to prepare our breakfast and cooked once - instant noodles. Originally, we were advised there is no wifi but we were pleasantly surprised that our unit do have. Nice stay!

A very comfortable stay at Leeuwin Apartments

Apartment was rather spacious and clean. No musty smell, well maintained. Carpark was right in front of the unit. The only downside is there is no wifi.

Nice big apartment

Had an enjoyable stay at the apartment. We booked a 3 bedroom townhouse. The house was big and spacious and was reasonably clean. However do note that only the master bedroom and the living area downstairs is air-conditioned. The other 2 bedrooms only has ceiling fans. So it may get hot in summer. Will be nice if wifi can be included in the house. Otherwise the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and the washer and dryer is a nice touch.

Great place to stay

Stayed in 3 room apartment for 6 pax. Super comfortable and very well equipped in the kitchen. Will definitely book this place again if we go back to Margaret River

Clean and well maintained.Well equiped and convenient parking.Near to amenities, good location.Townhouse apartment is great for families, big living area downstairs with well equiped kitchen, nice & comfortable bedrooms & bathrooms upstairs. Need an explaination though and to resolve a billing issue.My check-in should be 11/3/18 but my credit card was already charged S$579.34 on 27/01, about one & half months in advance even though I've booked for a free cancellation before 10/3/18(usually a higher price as in hotel booking practice).Moreover, upon check-out, I was given an invoice for A$493 (approx.S$520).Appreciate you could revert and reimburse. Thank you.

Spacious apartment

A nice apartment. So spacious! And there are many toilets and bathrooms! Would be better if they can install heater for the other two bedrooms. It was terribly cold at night!

Enjoyed our stay at Forte Leeuwin Apt

The apartment was big and comfortable for the 5 of us. Note that only the master bedroom has an aircon unit while the other 2 rooms do not have aircons.

Booked Forte Apartment but was given another hotel

The place was suppose to be Forte Apartments but when I reached the place I was shocked that it turned out to be another place - Margaret River Resort. I was really shocked and tried to talk to the manager but they mentioned that in the email that the place I reserved is offsite. Little did I know that the email was not a confirmation with a different hotel name. It was really a bad first time experience with Hotels.com

No Wi-Fi

The one big down fall for this apartment was no Wi-Fi. It also did not mention this in the description, if it had I would not of booked to stay there. I feel in this day and age Wi-Fi is essential with people travelling and keeping in touch, work commitments. When I checked with reception I was told this apartment is privately owned. Although clean and well equipped it needs a refresh of paint as looking rather worn out.

Extremely clean apartment

Perfectly located, extremely clean apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t warm enough to experience the pool. The only downfall..there is no hanging storage in the second room let alone, anywhere to unpack a suitcase. Otherwise a lovely apartment. Highly recommend.

Location was fantastic and was actually next door to the second place we considered stayimg at. Fully equipped to Cook your self ,2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets reverse cycle AC, washing machine. So close to town easy walk and close to everywhere you will need to go. As we never really used most of the features due to shorter stay of 2 days. Lounge looked slightly dirty from people not respecting other peoples property. Toilet roll holder a tad loose. I would stay here again for sure, so much room with a gym and pool onsite and outdoor bbq. Check inn maybe done next door depending who you book with.check in was fantastic.

Fast check in and easy check out. We had excellent customer service and a relaxing stay. The apartments are within walking distance of shopping and dining and have everything you need to cook if you want to or do some laundry.
