Nice big apartments. 2 bathrooms. Ocean view is awesome. Didnt like the blinds needs better block out. Waking at 5am every morning was hard with the light coming in.

The apartment was spacious and has spectacular views. A little dated but still clean. Lifts were quick. Easy parking underneath and walkable to beach and back to Burleigh main strip. Very enjoyable easy stay.

Overall property was nice with the ocean view. Beds were comfortable. Just a few things we did not like not enough tea and milk supply for five days booking and no laundry detergent to wash clothes. Sofas and curtains were not maintained and Location was great and safe to walk in the evening. Allocated parking spot reduce the hassle of parking on the street.

We encountered so many issues with this property from water damage to bed and rooms, Ac and fan not working, and the inconvenience of having to move units 3 times during our stay! This is a very old building and hence the condition.

We loved our stay. Xmas week so no construction going on. Room was spacious with a great view but very dated and needs a refurb. Loved the 2 pools, close to beach and close to shops so we walked everywhere. We will definitely be going back.

The place itself was ok. Reception hours are limited on weekends and you’ll only get one set of keys if you arrive outside hours until you visit reception in person to check in. The room’s wifi works well but there’s no Netflix or similar unless you are prepared to risk your login details in a hotel TV. The PlayStation is old and didn’t work our trip. They need their ‘young maintenance guy’ to fix issues who was not around when we needed him. We don't have a PlayStation at home and the console was a point of difference over a different place we were considering as a hedge against bad weather (which we ended up getting). This coupled with the place being surrounded with construction sites (Gold Coast Highway upgrade plus two new high rise builds in front of our balcony) was the only downer. Overall this is a place that is true to the adage that it’s what you make of your trip rather than the accommodation itself. Notwithstanding the above, it has everything we needed for a great family holiday.

Great views from every room on the 15th floor Spacious lounge area. Quiet despite construction happening in front of apartments. 5 min walk to Burleigh shops and restaurants. Would stay again. Once new apartments in front will be finished suggest book floors 16 and above.

Beautiful apartment/ lacking in customer service.

The accommodation was beautiful and the location (beach side) was amazing!!My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool, however we were unable to enjoy the outside much due to the extensive construction that was happening just next door (both sides) of the pool. We were not notified of the construction that was happening in the lots next to the pool and just outside our apartment. The construction started at 6:30 in the morning in one of the construction sites, they were using an estimated 30 metre drill to make holes/supports for the new apartments going in and then filling them with concrete and metal. There were cranes, cement mixers, diggers, drill etc. On the other side they were using angle grinders, cranes and other power tools. When we asked the manager about the construction, we were brushed off. I asked why we were not notified about the construction and were brushed off again and spoken to in a quite demeaning manner. There was no information, compensation offered and no change of room offered either. The apartment was beautiful, however their communication and customer service was very lacking.

Very disappointed in the condition of our original booking. Torn, raised, dirty carpet, poor smell. Bathrooms run down, dripping faucets, dishwasher didn’t work well. Second bedroom very hot, unsuitable to sleep in. Dusty blankets. Switched to another unit that was only marginally better. Very disappointing stay on the Gold Coast. Another family member had the same two bedroom unit and it was completely updated, clean, and fresh.

Very convenient and clean apartment with a lovely team on reception. Apartment was a little dated but still clean and met our needs for the trip. Lovely facilities including swimming pools and tennis. Would recommend for a clean and convenient base to explore with lovely ocean views in the 7th floor and higher apartments.

The property itself was decent enough. However the shower in our apartment over flowed every single use and the fan in the main living area failed to work. Overall the apartment was nice. The surroundings of the establishment not so much. Construction on 2 work sites started at 6:30 and finished at about 2. Both sites surrounding the main pool area which made it pretty hard to relax on our holiday. Before we booked our holiday on Wotif we visited the resort website to have a closer look. There was no mention anywhere of upcoming or current construction which may affect our stay. We felt that we needed to leave the resort each day to get the quite relaxing holiday we paid for. When mentioned to concierge at the resort it was received with a defensive mindset and almost dismissive attitude. Whinging about the light rail. We didn’t see or hear any works on the light rail in our entire stay. We said maybe it should have been mentioned on the website in which we were told it was on there. Which it wasn’t. We later checked the website where we found there had been a notice put on there after we spoke to the concierge. A bit late for us but for others reading this, I’d estimate the works will be completed in 12 months plus. If you like hearing drilling, grinding and being in a loud environment this place is for you.

The apartment was lovely. Beautiful views, nicely decorated and in a great location. Enough furniture it the right places for the family to enjoy the space. The only negative was the very noisy construction site operating outside on the block next door.

Perfect views

Amazing views from every room! Standard rooms need a referb, but are clean and bright with good beds. Two pools is perfect for if the outside one is cold and the beach is literally across the road. Amazing place to stay!
