Easy and accomodating checking in.
Communication was precise and the extras - like champaign and lots of yummy chocolates improved the mood for sure after a long drive. We would have liked to stay longer as it just started to rain and with the fire on it was cuddles and ching ching . Check out was also excellent. Did not see another person. Did not get big war and piece novel on the owners- Just easy and quick nd very polite. The room was nice. It is what it is- A country cabin in the bush. Very clean- May have seen a Yowie ! - Could have been the wine focus ?

This property was absolutely stunning, with the views, fireplace and spa, no kids we were in heaven! Highly recommend this place to any couples that want a break away, to relax and ignite their love.
We will definitely return.
Beautiful spot, but beware no internet and very occasional phone reception. Take a book and maybe a couple of dvds as the tv reception also doesn’t work well on a windy night. Great spa bath and well supplied wood for a warming fire. Great place to breathe, reconnect and chill
Booked the two bed for my parents and I to have a well earned relaxing break in the rainforest. It rained quite a bit, but this did not disturb us - the rain on the tin roof was very soothing! However the damp and mildew in the cabin was overwhelming. The teabags even had mould growing on them, which is frankly unacceptable. The towels would not dry, so an air dryer would have helped. The place could have done with a bit of clean and a landline so we could book restaurants in the area because of no reception.
Overall a pretty average stay, and would not hurry back.
We were looking for a Cottage to relax with peace and quiet. This place hit the spot with beautiful views across the hills to the sea.
It has all your modern luxury with full fridge, microwave, kitchen and all your crockery and cutlery to be self sufficient
The room is perfect, although the bed was a bit small for us as we are use to a king bed.
We visited in summer and the aircon was great as it was a very hot couple of days. The cottage is well shaded and probably about 2-3 degrees cooler though.
The bathroom has a great spa/ shower with views across the hills to the sea as well.
We didn’t turn the TV on as we just wanted to get back to nature and just read books and relax
The Cottage is about 5 minutes drive to Montville and about the same to Kondalilla National Park which I highly recommend for a picnic/ bush walk or a swim.
Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay and wanted to stay longer, but we had to return to civilisation and work :(
Beautiful place to stay. Friendly staff. Nightly visits from wildlife, like brushtail possums.
Saw beautiful king parrots and scarlet honeyeaters through the day.
Right next to Kondalilla Falls bush walking track which is well worth the walk.

Great view in the mountain
It was great atmosphere and the view from the cottage was amazing. However the cottage was not well maintained and bugs come inside at night time attracted by the light. Welcome drink and breakfast supply in the fridge was helpful. Overall, you can find a better place for the price.

Nice and secluded Cabin, watched a large yabbie from our verandah feeding in the creek bed and listening to the Frogs and wildlife come alive during the heavy rain fall was a delight from the spa bath
