Great stay, apartment was toasty warm when we arrived on a cold afternoon. Owners really friendly and happy to let us have a late checkout. Good location and it was nice and quiet. Can’t fault this place we will be back.

Great stay

We had a lovely stay at the Focus motel. The location was perfect, a short walk to town and the room was comfy with all the amenities that we needed. Communication with the motel especially good and Linda was extremely helpful when we found ourselves in a bind with delayed flights etc. Would definitely recommend staying!

Always an excellent stay. Quiet, safe with locked car park at night. Nice chocolates on towels when we arrived. Owners are always very welcoming and helpful. Will stay again.

I liked the location in a quiet area of the city on a lightly trafficked main road. A 10 minute walk to the centre of Christchurch, 3-5 minutes to several restaurants and, though it’s not my thing, a stone’s throw from the casino. The couple who own/operate the motel were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Nicely appointed clean and spacious unit with kitchenette and high water pressure shower helped make my stay very enjoyable.
