Run down but good location.

The apartment is in a great location. Needs a bit of work, a very noisy fridge and air conditioner. Big space in the apartment for 2 people.

Staying in the city for just one night, this apartment was just what we needed. Parking was available, but parking on the street prior to checkin was difficult. Had everything we needed, very clean and spacious.

Property was in reasonable condition and the location was ok. The bathroom had not been cleaned fully tho (there was a massive clump of hair in the shower) and the back of the tv in the room as well as the remote had about a inch of dust on it.

The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the bedding clean. Great pillows. Unfortunately when I arrived at about 10:30pm the door to my apartment was open. I was staying alone as a female and had a very scary walk through the apartment, checking where anyone could be hiding.

I had to arrive very early for a medical appointment with a disabled person and I was able to park in their disabled parking spot just outside the main garage doors. I received a txt 90 minutes before the check-in time of 2pm to advise that my room was available. Very helpful team at reception. Well done

Value for money but it’s very much a self servicing apartment. Be prepared to empty out your own bins when you leave and if you have friends or family staying on different floors your can’t access any of their floors except the ground floor. A little inconvenient.

The apartment was noisey and hot, no screened windows so you are unable to have any fresh air. There was one AC unit in the apartment which was not good, when turned on it made our throats sore and noses stuffy, possibly needed a filter clean. The night time noise off the streets surrounding is bad, people coming into the building at all hours of the night also bad. The beds are poor quality also with a dip in the middle. When we were checking out after our second bad sleep in a row a cleaner was standing outside our door at 9.40 as we were trying to get our bars out for check out at 10. We have a kid and didn’t want her going into the apartment whilst we were flown there. We felt pressured and rushed. Well I wouldn’t stay here again. Much better places to stay in the area or other parts of Brisbane.
