It worked well. Strange though that in the 5 days we stayed there was no cleaning or new towels. We were told on arrival that we could pay extra for that. Staff were friendly and apartment was pretty comfortable except for a weird constant noise made by a pump behind the bathroom wall.

The property was very clean. Staff were friendly. The only windows were in the bathroom and behind the television, so there was no natural light. The location was excellent with nice restaurants and cafes close by.

The staff at ULIV were so friendly and so helpful. They gave great recommendations and were available 24/7 on site which felt very safe. The neighborhood is fantastic for accessing all the shops and restaurants and is walkable to many places. I had a brilliant stay!

Javi (manager??) was so helpful with recommendations and accommodating, allowing my daughter to leave her bags and helping her when she wasn’t even staying at ULIV. The room was a perfect size and the location was great, would definitely stay here again. Security guards were also very friendly and helpful.

Overall, we had an amazing time at the ULIV Roma Norte location. However, just a heads up for those traveling as a group: some of the rooms will be smaller than those in the photos online. Also, in this location, there is not an elevator in the building. The staff were great, and there was 24/7 security at the entrance of the building.

Penthouse at ULIV Roma Norte

We booked the penthouse for ten days. The room was the perfect size, modern, comfortable and quiet. We especially liked the private patio. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just be aware there is no elevator so you’ll be climbing five floors if you stay in this room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the location very much!

The Roma Arae is one the nice in Mexico city with dog friendly spaces parks and walking space locals are very friendly and an easy commute to much of the city

Amazing stay, great neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay! The inside is decorated with plants, very beautiful. The room was very nice and it was clean. It was great to have a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable. It is the perfect location to explore the Roma neighborhood. Jorge was very communicative throughout the whole stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Really love the property it has everything you need. Pretty safe to walk to restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. I loved the roof patio it has a small workout room and washer and dryer for your convenience. The property is very modern. They offer great amenities for what you pay for. The only I dint like was the stairs but after all the meals it was great for cardio. Not a deal killer for me. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Mexico City.
