What stood out for us was that all the Aruga staff were extremely nice from the front desk staff, bellman, housekeeping staff, and security personnel. It was also convenient to park and just walk through the mall.

We have stayed here many time in the past. Location is perfect. Only problem is the street noise from the outside and the aircon thermostat keeps turning on and off. I think they should consider soundproofing the windows and change their ac units

Relaxing and comfortable stay, this is always our go to relax place, after a tiring shopping in the powerplant mall. Aruga has a connecting tunnel to the mall, which make our shopping more convenient.
