Great apartment for families

Great location and great reception whom allowed us to check in when we arrive earlier than planned and also late check out on check out date. Would be great if there is a dishwasher onsite

Spacious, good kitchen/laundry facilities. Comfy bed, very nice sheets Bonus view over the garden of apartment complex next door.Central city location - easy to walk most places. Suggestions: instruction sheet on operation of air conditioner, it IS possible to change temperature, turn off fan etc but not intuitive! Bathroom needs hooks to hang clothing when showering also shower really does need a ledge to hold soap shampoo etc Often when we returned there was a food smell even though we did not cook? Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Easy check in (once I got the details - was a bit of back and forth with some seemingly templated email replies), and a nice, spacious and comfortable place, in a perfect location for exploring the city by foot. Well equipped kitchen, plus lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, so everything we could have asked for.

Staff were fantastic and super helpful. Very accommodating with request and room services were wonderful. Older building but kept in very clean condition and easy to walk to everywhere. Highly recommend.

I booked a room via Expedia just 30 minutes before the hotel closed for the night. The staff were incredibly kind and called me to confirm, rather than waiting for me to see the email confirmation. I was having a stressful day, but their proactive help really saved the day. Then, when I checked out, the staff member at the desk went above and beyond by calling a taxi for me and making sure I was all set. Their excellent service really made my stay enjoyable.

I thought the property was clean, beds were comfortable, it appears to have been recently painted. The hallways were painted a well lit. We rented a large 3 bedroom apartment with gorgeous views of the city. It is near to a university, walking distance to the harbor. Many food options nearby, with global variety of food. We saw many shops nearby. It is "city like" compared to the rest of new zeland which means there are more people, more cars, more of an urban feel. I felt safe walking around. There seems to be quite a nightlife. When we were leaving at 3 am to catch an early flight we saw people that looked like they were walking home from partying. I would definitely stay again due to its very central location, clean beds, clean bathroom, well stocked kitchenette, well stocked bathroom We parked off site about 1 block away not far at all even considering we all had 1-2 large suitcases!

Florencia was absolutely amazing she answered all my questions in such a professional manner. It was amazing to be able to have our wee dog in the room. The only concern was the fan noise that went all night Other then that it is clean and cosy Thank you for making our staying stress free.

Great location. Property has good facilities . Beds super comfortable and linen of good quality. Only slight downside was even though the linen was changed every day the carpet was never vacuumed and after three days was in need of this Could do with better better lighting in entranceway where the only mirror outside of the bathroom was located.
