A lovely bright clean room with comfortable bed and excellent city views. All the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and went above and beyond to make our stay the best. The location is central and an easy walk to most popular places of interest, restaurants, cafes, theatre, the museum and water front. I loved that we could take our dogs and will definitely stay again. Super value considering all this and it's great location.

Easy check in (once I got the details - was a bit of back and forth with some seemingly templated email replies), and a nice, spacious and comfortable place, in a perfect location for exploring the city by foot.
