Great location and lots of parking at and around the hotel I only gave 4/5 for comfort because the bedding was very warm and so was the room. So a little over hot in bed.

Amazing

This stay was exquisite, friendly and accommodating staff, spacious and very sanitary room. It was lovely and quiet. The 24 hour tea and coffee service was excellent, as was the grab and go breakfast. The rainfall shower was beautiful and I didn’t want to leave, would definitely recommend and will be sure to stay again :)

Great city centre hotel

Great location, easy access to the city centre, very quiet. Had everything we needed, the kitchen was a huge bonus. Only downside was that the aircon in the room had been switched off at the fuse board in cupboard above microwave and only discovered this next morning on day of check-out. Would certainly stay here again though 🙂

Great Value for money

First time staying at this chain and pleasantly surprised. Great location for sightseeing Chester. Rooms are excellent. Clean well kitted out and a great nights sleep. Terrific value for money. Will look to use Roomzzz chain whenever possible in the future.

Great stay!

Lovely apartment which has everything we needed. We arrived later (approx. 8pm) and still managed to get a parking space on a Friday which was great, and reasonable for £10. As we had a baby I asked for a cot and high chair which were provided and also asked to be in a quieter part of the building (as other reviews mentioned noise) and we had no issues whatsoever. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing balcony

Brilliant hotel, always try to stay here if in Chester. Car park for about 20 cars, but Watergate St is a 3 min walk and about £12 for 24 hours. Stayed in the Ascot suite, great size, spotless, all the facilities in good working order. Free WiFi. Lots of space, ealk in shower (very powerful). Best bit, the L-shaped balcony with a superb view of the entire racecourse and beyond. All staff / reception brilliant and friendly.

It was a nice stat however the rooms, whilst nice, need a little attention. The grouting of tiles in bathroom need a good scrub and the sofa arms had dust. It wasn’t great being woken at 7am on Sunday morning by bins being moved around.

What a shame. It is a great location, just inside the city walls. Chester is small, and the hotel was convenient for everything. The property has been updated with fairly recent fixtures and fittings. But the cleanliness more than offset these pluses. On first entering the room, we looked around, went to the bathroom, and raised the toilet seat. OMG, there was brown stuff inside. Now concerned, we looked around the room and saw a big cobweb in a corner where the clothes cupboard meets the room wall. I was curious why the spider chose that spot. The cupboard was taller than most people, so I ran my finger along the top of the cupboard near the cobweb and a cloud of dust blew up. I wanted to check out at this point, but my wife was tired and could not face it. So I got some disinfectant wipes from the car and started wiping. The kitchen area was clean but the were many small hairs on the bathroom floor. The rest of our stay was uneventful.

Perfect Stay

Andrea on reception was amazing could not have been more helpful. We stayed in the Aintree Suite the amenities were excellent. Efficient AC well equipped kitchen comfy bed and excellent power shower. The location was perfect we would highly recommend Roomzzz at Chester

A great place to stay for the racing

Booked 1 night for a business stop over in the area . Parking is charged by an app and was £15 for 24 hours. The check in was seamless and very efficient .I was given my key to the Goodwood suite . There was a lounge kitchen diner . The kitchen had all the amenities you would need a hob a dual power microwave a fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom also had a TV . And the bathroom was well equipped with a powerful rain shower. The main event was the views . You are only 100 metres from Chester racecourse . I would definitely return
