Not bad, but could be better.

The place isn't bad, but if you stay for long period you need to pay a lot for them to clean your room, there's no basic cleaning tool for you to do yourself, bed sheets there's only one, so you need to wash yourself and there's no spare to put on bed in-between wash, the same for towels.. .. location is great

Thai place needs more attention (comforter dirty)

The location is good, but there is always an issue, it’s a shower that’s is licking make the entire bathroom floor wet, tv disconnect, and I asked for a blanket next day I realized that the blanket was all dirty with dry nasy blood it was there before but unfortunately I didn’t see it before, extremely disgusting.

They need an App for International travelers. The concept is great but useless if you're not Brazilian. They need to be more careful on how they clean rooms. This is a big issue and I hope they take care of it.

This hotel is not suitable for international travellers as you need to use an APP to check-in and to use any services like laundry machine or make requests. The APP is ONLY in Portuguese and the staff only speak Portuguese. Also the hotel only offers minimal supplies, even though we were staying 8 days. One bath towel per person for 8 days. A kitchen with no dish soap or drying towels. A patio with lounge chairs but no chair pads or towels. One TV on the wall at the end of the bed but only one thin pillow to put behind your back to watch in bed. This hotel might aspire to be a technology hotel like CitizenM but really misses the target.

Amei o hotel! Recepção linda com mini mercado dentro. Musica ambiente qdo pega o elevador, alem de um cheiro bem agradável! Funcionarios simpaticos. Chuveiro perfeito . Dando uma ressalva pro cobertor q estava dentro do armario com cheiro de suor. Acredito q nao trocaram. Mas pedi pra trocar e trocaram qdo eu pedi . De resto foi muito bom. Quero voltar mais vezes.

A localização (do lado do metrô e com tudo perto), a facilidade no acesso e o atendimento sao os pontos altos. Funcionários agenciosos e gentis. Acredito que alguns pontos podem melhorar, como limpeza e a troca de itens de cama e banho, mas seriam pontos de aperfeiçoamento. No geral, a acomodação atende muito bem ao que propõe. Com certeza volto a me hospedar no Housi.

Excelente localização, limpeza e atendimento. So lamentei que só tinha 1 copo, sem talheres. Tive que pedir pois éramos 2 pessoas e ainda entregaram talheres sujos. Cozinha sem pano de prato, sem sabao e esponja para o minimo possivel de uso para um cafe da manha.
