When I arrived, there was confusion as to my reservation and they said they actually don’t have a room prepared but they can put me somewhere in a room above someone else. When we entered, there were no linen or towels - just the mattress with dirty mattress cover and dirty pillows with no pillow cases and the entire room was very dirty. A while later someone from the establishment delivered one sheet (no pillow cases) and a towel. The sheet had brown stains on them. There was no soap in the very dirty shower.

Lovely place overall. Tricky on gps pwr how the address comes up Amazing hostess and staff! Room was quite dusty, evwn mh cups, needed trashcans, and no outlet for TV to work. Didn't matter, quick stay!

I stayed there last year and enjoyed it and the renovation made it even better. Rooms well equipped, clean and bright. Great location on a quiet street but central. Lovely staff.

Arrived late takes awhile for someone to open the gate. The unit is spacious but when we arrived there was 2 big cockroach in the kitchen also a lizard on the dining table so i was very disappointed. But i always like it here my 4th time but never encountered that experience before . I guess the unit was not sprayed

This is a gated community with the owner living in one of the units. At time of our stay (2/2024), the units were being completely renovated, so expect even more ... The name "The Gardens" needs to be more visible from street.

The property is not well kept, the bushes need to be trimmed, the pool was dirty, the property seems to be closed up for the whole pandemic, it had a old smell, the place was ants infested and the windows was hard to open.

Gently used property, but very comfortable and great staff. It is not a 5 star , but the space is large, the pool is clean, and it is very well located, has bedrooms upstairs and full kitchen and living room downstairs. It is a 5 minute walk to a shopping center with food court and supermarket.

Quiet and secluded location in Kingston

Pluses: Large apartment (with full kitchen) in a quiet, secluded, upscale neighborhood relatively convenient to the airport in Kingston. Lots of security on the premises (gated with a 24-hr security guard, security grills on all doors including the bedroom, safe in room). Minuses: The least friendly and most unhelpful staff we encountered anywhere. Although we had booked and paid a deposit using a credit card, when we arrived we were told the office was closed for the next 2 days (a holiday weekend) so we couldn't pay the balance using the credit card. Fortunately we had enough US cash to cover it.

The Gardens - A quiet Oasis

The Gardens is a nice quiet facility. The standard of apartment is fairly basic.Cleanliness standards are good.Unfortunately two elements let this property down the first of which was the non-operational air conditioning unit in the bedroom,which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was also problematical and kept dropping out,which was an annoyance. Apart from that the staff were friendly and the property is 7 minutes walk from the Sovereign Shopping Centre
