Great location, great amenities and having access to a hot tub, cold plunge and sauna is just what is needed after a long day of exploring and walking 12+ miles. Staff is very nice and helpful. Stay here don’t over think it.

Great, clean property. We liked that it was a 5-10 minute walk from tourist areas. It is located on a Main Street so our room could hear some traffic, but with so much walking, it certainly didn’t affect our sleep!

Lovely hotel. Check in is all automated. Room was very comfortable although we had issues with the air conditioning not working and they moved us to one of the other locations nearby which was fine. Didn’t get a chance to use the onsen. Wish we had!

Everthing you need is either in the room or a few steps away. They have easy check in and out procedures in place and a nice 11 AM check out time. They also have a baggage holding room if you arrive early. The train station is only half a block away as well. If we come back this is where we'll be.

The property was great. I loved that everything was automated. I could check in myself and didn't need a hotel key card (a pin was issued to me which I input into the doorkey of the room). The room was clean and spacious. The shower area was great with very hot water. Hotel was located in a superb location for all activities in Kyoto. I would stay here again.

They don’t have anyone at the front desk. You have to do a virtual check in. Very annoying after traveling for hours. You have to log in and scan QR codes. The room was nice. Private baths were extra.

Minn was a great apartment hotel for our family of 3 with a 6 year old. Our family suite was spacious, very clean, and modern with a kitchen and appliances. We enjoyed reserving the private onsen with our family. No food or snacks available, but it was near a Lawson and FamilyMart. The location was also in a great walkable area with a few excellent restaurants within a few blocks, and away from the chaotic downtown. My only suggestion would be to have a full-time front desk receptionist; many times there was no one at the front desk and they preferred that you call/text them from the iPad. 100% would stay here again.

Excellent hotel!!

I took my family of 5 for a family vacation. This was a perfect location because it was close enough to all of the attraction the city has to offer, but it was just far enough where we were able to get a nice rest after a long day of touring the beautiful country. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel, as it was a mini apartment where anything and everything was within a short walk, including grocery stores, coffee shops, subway station, and much more. It was nice and clean and my entire family truly enjoyed the place. My entire family fit comfortably and having the mini kitchennete was fantastic! We had a wonderful experience.

Very nice hotel! It was so clean and new, and was just great. It was very nice to have a kitchenette and washer/dryer. Also a pretty good location, 10 mins walk to popular gion area. Only complaint would be that there was no front desk staff, it was virtual, so when we put in a request for an extra pillow, it took 3 hours for them to respond only for them to say they couldn't give us an extra pillow.

Excellent apartment for an adult family of 5. Very spacious for Japan. Mats on floor were comfortable and used couch as another bed. Doubles in a separate room were very comfortable. Double sink bathroom with separate shower/tub and toilet was very convenient for all of us. Great new space.

Hope construction outside ends soob

There was construction outside and the walls were paper thin. Upon arrival people were working and on conference calls so it was very loud and trying to check in via video was very tough. This is the perfect location for sites and room for family.
