Comfortable nice hotel.

The only problem was some people outside the hotel made too much noise in the wee hour of the night.

Overall rate of TDL Kota Belud: Bad!!!!

Staffs were really cruel. They do not accept costumer's printed online payment document. They asked costumer to settle on their own. :(
