Home Away From Home

One of the best vacations we had in years! Our unit had everything we possibly needed: comfortable bed, crib for the baby, towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, spices, bbq utensils, and even washer/dryer! It’s right next to the pool and a few minutes away from the beach. Our kids had a blast. Special thanks to the kindest and friendliest staff. From the first phone call till the last minutes of our stay the beautiful lady at the front desk (so sorry, I’m bad with names, Katlin?) made our vacation special, easy, and made us feel welcome. Thank you so much!!!

Loved the area and ocean view from our balcony and Lydgate park was an easy 5 minute walk. The grounds of kaha lani were well maintained and the breeze from the ocean was fantastic. Our host had an array of beach supplies including chairs and umbrellas which saved us on rental fees. I would recommend this place for its beauty, hospitality and location.

Lovely, low key and mellow spot that feels like your own little vacation condo! Close to grocery shopping and a small local town and only 45 minute drive from larger cities and hotter tourist spots. The pool and bbq were an amazing edition to our already full kitchen in our room and staff was helpful but not intrusive. We loved that it didn’t feel like a hotel, but rather your own space. Amazing and affordable!

Fantastic view. Very clean. The condo had everything we needed to cook and entertain. It was beautiful. The pool was right outside our room and the path to the beach not far at all. Loved our stay.

Excellent Stay

A very good choice for our family holiday in Kauai. While the font desk hours are not comfortable, the staff arranged the key pick up since we were arriving late. The unit itself was perfect--amazing view, great kitchen, and amazingly located. We will stay at Kaha Lani again!

Property well decorated and accommodating with all essentials. Just be aware there’s no A/C and during heat of day it’s quite warm. This property is on the ground floor so limited air flow at certain times of the day.

We especially enjoyed the decorative Hawaiian touches inside our unit. We loved all of the beach toys and outing equipment that was left in the hallway closet for us to use and enjoy. The close proximity to the beach and a beautiful swimming pool was really nice, as were the grills at the pool area. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning. The tiki torches at night were always a welcome sight to enjoy too.

Oceanfront unit was an ideal place for our family. Our kids loved playing in the waves on the beach and the location is ideal for access to either the south or north sides of the island. The kitchen lacked several cooking items that we wanted, specifically BBQ tools and a crock pot. Overall a nice quiet property that is very family friendly.

Oh, if was gorgeous. Walk the path to the swim beach or even the water right next to the property to see the sunrise. Absolutely perfect. We had a minor issue with the garbage disposal leaking and maintenance came and replaced it right away. Staff was wonderful. Would gladly go back.

Great location, right on the beach. We have beautiful ocean view from the balcony and a short walk to the beach. The condo has some deffered maintenance. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable.

Fantastic views and location

Location is perfect to access all of Kauai. View of ocean spectacular. Each unit is different. Units are in either 3 or 2 floor buildings. Ground floor sometimes has walk down access.

Average experience overall. Cons: Our stay needed renovation - wooden rollup blinds did not work properly, very little privacy due to the blinds and glass windows, wooden sliding doors were off the hinges and did not close properly, many kitchen items were dirty/dusty, TV drawer had DVDs but was also filled with random dusty cables and other items. Pros: Great location as a midpoint to visit different parts of the island. Plenty of parking with easy check-in and check-out. Laundry area is a plus (though you need to provide your own detergent). Friendly staff.
