Bitte unbedingt vorher elektronisch einchecken und registrieren, sonst kann es Schwierigkeiten geben in die Unterkunft zu gelangen, wenn ihr etwas später kommt, denn es gibt keine besetzte Rezeption.

Meine Bewertung leidet darunter, dass Expedia die Voraussetzungen für die Buchung nicht explizit nennt: Man benötigt nämlich eine Kreditkarte sowie ein Smartphone (mit mobilen Daten), um stressfrei ein- und auszuchecken. Nachdem ich über Expedia die Buchung via Paypal vornehmen konnte, musste ich die City Tax in Höhe von 2,94 € vor Ort mit Kreditkarte zahlen; diesen Betrag nimmt Expedia nicht in die Buchung auf. In Ermangelung einer Kreditkarte, war ich auf das Entgegenkommen der Mitarbeiter angewiesen, war ich sehr lobe, mir aber viel Aufwand verursachte, angesichts des marginalen Betrages. Da das Hotel aber voll digitalisiert ist - selbst die Zimmertür öffnet man über einen Schieberegler im Browser - bekommt man erst nach kompletter Zahlung einen entsprechenden Link. Das Hotel agiert komplett bargeldfrei und (noch) ohne Paypal-Zahlung. Ein Lob an Anja, die mir den Zugang trotz zunächst offener Zahlung ermöglichte. An Expedia: Stellt heraus, dass nur beim Vorhandensein einer Kreditkarte sowie eines Smartphones ein (stressfreier) Aufenthalt möglich ist.

Zentrale Lage mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Sehr praktische Unterkunft mit vielen Möglichkeiten: ob man im Hotel frühstücken will oder um die Ecke oder im schönen gut ausgestatteten Zimmer - alles kein Problem. Sehr zentrale Lage mit fussläufiger Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt oder Tramhaltestelle. Einzig die Matratze hat mir nicht gut gefallen und dass Bedienungsanleitung für Geschirrspüler oder Bluetoothbox nicht sichtbar waren, aber für 2 Tage auf jeden Fall mehr als nur OK.

Top Lage, Bars und Restaurants direkt nebenan. Alles kontaktlos möglich, Schlüssel alles über die App, sehr cool 👍 auch sehr coole Einrichtung. einzig die Parkmöglichkeiten waren begrenzt und wir mussten 10 Minuten weiter weg in einem Parkhaus parken. Aber sonst gerne wieder.

Es war echt super schön, das Hotel hatte eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Es war sehr modern, da man sein Handy als Schlüssel benutzen KONNTE, wenn man wollte. Es gab unten sogar eine Küche und einen Kühlschrank, wo man Sachen lagern konnte. Die Dusche war total super und alles war sauber. Das einzige, was gefehlt hat, wäre ein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer, was aber trotzdem nicht so schlimm war, dass ich einen Stern abziehen würde. Alles waren nett und zuvorkommend, man konnte alle sogar über WhatsApp erreichen und hat immer zeitnah eine Antwort bekommen. Immer gerne wieder.
