Room is fresh and very comfortable. Kitchenette is well equipped with a large fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher although I wouldn't do heavy cooking as strong food smells would stay in the room. Property is just a minute to the metro and a major tram intersection. Lots of food options nearby.

Great Property, Good Location (traffic noise)

Lovely accommodation, very modern and comfortable. Staff were quick to respond and resolve an issue, which we were thankful for. Location is good, however, for us, traffic was too noisy but if you don’t mind that, then it’s a great location.

Nice place near transportation

I picked this hotel so I was near a Tram stop and close to all the things I wanted to see. I was greated very politely and was able to get in my room early. The accommodations wete very nice and comfortable. You cannot go wrong by staying here.

We had a wonderful stay - very impressed with the room, it was very clean, beds were comfy, plenty of storage for clothes in the room, staff were very helpful and friendly, offering luggage storage for our evening flight so we could go out in the day. We were also pleased with how quiet it was and the location was great - walkable to main attractions and round the corner from a tram stop.

Perfect apartment

We have travelled and stayed in lots of different places this has to be one of the best. We were blown away when we opened the door to our apartment, absolutely gorgeous and so clean. The apartment has absolutely every thing you need. The apartment is cleaned every two days they leave you more toiletries, coffee is uits and give you a large bottle of water.

Perfect stay all round

Stayed in a deluxe apartment with balcony. The best place I have ever stayed. Exceptionally modern and clean. Easy to get in and out. Provided with all you need and more. 3 min walk from Tesco Expres. Very close to a tram stop too. Perfect stay all round would 100% recommend.

Had a great stay for 4 days at this lovely, fresh and clean apartment,everything you need for a short break. Great staff, easy checkin and checkout. There was a bottle of bubbly in our room on arrival for my husbands birthday, nice touch. Would definately recommend!

Beautiful and large, open studio apartment with separate entry (close off with door) and bathroom. Clean, well stocked kitchen with dishes although we did not use. Pleasant minimalist decor in a beautiful building. Cherry on top is small balcony with table and chairs overlooking city. Only complaint is that the extra ‘twin bed’ was a small, not so comfortable cot for our son, although our King was wonderful!! Would also recommend clear directions for where and how to access entry door after hours (took us a bit to figure this out!) and maybe a luggage storage accessible 24 hours and self-serve?

Prague stay

Amazing apartment, very modern and felt brand new! Very well equipped and clean. Comfy bed. Very well positioned about 15-20 minutes walk from Wenceslas square. The IP Pavlova metro stop and tram stop is literally a 2 minute walk away, aswell as places to eat and a Tesco express. Would definitely recommend.

Bad smell

The accommodation itself was fine, but our stay was completely ruined by a constant and overpowering smell of feces and rotten sewage that filled our room, clearly coming from the kitchen sink. It felt as if someone had defecated right there, and the stench persisted all day, every day. This seems to be due to the building’s outdated and broken drainage system. Because of this, I strongly advise anyone considering this place to choose a different accommodation. The smell, especially on the upper floors, is unbearable and will undoubtedly ruin your stay.

Nice renovation but inconvenient.

Nicely renovated property, but no amenities and lots of inconveniences. No daily room cleaning, only every other day. Contactless check-in with no room key, just a pass code for both the main entrance and the hotel room. Most of the time we passed by the front desk, no one was around. And the main hotel entrance was often crowded with linen carts. The side of the hotel is near a busy, noisy street. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but I would probably choose another location next time.
