Easy check in process, so so close to scotia bank arena and the ICE buildings are connected to path so you can actually walk to the arena and never step foot outside.

The Rivet Stays people were on top of every detail and were super speedy in all their responses. Everything was exactly as promised and as shown online. There were a lot of convenient little extras that were unexpected like condiments and coffee. There was a very nice grocery store and liquor store right across the street and it was only a block to union station, the main bus, subway, Go train and airport trains hub. lots of restaurnats and entertainment nearby.

Localização excelente

A localização do apartamento era excelente, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos e de fácil acesso ao metrô. O prédio é imenso e tem bastante movimento. Tem uma cozinha completa, com máquina lava e seca o que é ótimo. O atendimento foi rápido e prestativo em todas as vezes que precisamos. Achei somente que as cortinas do quarto não vedam completamente a luminosidade do apartamento. Fora isso, recomendo a estadia.

This appartement is in a great location, has a beautiful view and spacious. Was not advised of the 500 deposit required for check inn. Check in wasn’t the greatest experience, because it was on Expedia I was expecting to be a hotel reception but had to wait for a guy to run the keys to us.

This appthotel was very close to Ripley's Museum, CN Tower, Rec Room and Train Museum. Transportation was close and get to by subway, streetcars and buses. Shopping and Entertainment areas are easy to travel to by walking or public transport.

Fab location and price.

Great location in the heart of the business district and walking distance to Union Station. Our unit on the 11th floor had a view of Roger’s Stadium - couldn’t quite see the CN Tower but it nearby. Our building connected to the PATH so we were able to walk to some sights without going outside in the cold. Check in was a bit confusing but as promised, a staff person was on site to provide keys and take us to our unit. Problems were handled quickly and pleasantly.

Easy to please.

Everything was great, we didn’t spend much time in the room. The location is Amazing. The only issue is that the beds were uncomfortable. Other than that everything was Perfect. Thank U!

Our stay was great, the rooms were clean, there was a bit of issues with a few things. The closet door where the washer and dryer were store was taped together and cabinet door under the kitchen sink didnt close properly. But overall it was good, i would stay again. There was a nice size balcony. The room was tidy, the beds were made clean, and comfortable. A lot of nearby stores and restaurants for convenience.

4 stars - I think this suited my needs very well! I wanted something with a washer/dryer, and this did it for me. It also gave me a kitchen, which was soooo useful. I love that it felt like I lived there, which was also awesome. The property was clean. My only con? The communication was a bit sketchy. No, it was not a bit sketchy; it was hella sketchy. I get an email about checking in and the security deposit. Fine. I also get an email asking me for a photo of my passport, fine. But then I get to the building and text the contact number to let them know I am there, and a guy in a backpack who doesn't look like an employee of anything comes in and shows me to the apartment. Honestly, it felt weird; even in the elevator, he didn't say a word to me other than a response to my question about his name. If I were someone else, this is where I would think I would be kidnapped. I went with it, but the company *has got to figure out a better system to this*. My only other annoyance was not holding my luggage later on in the day part. They told me they could hold my luggage, and when I asked about it for check out, I was told they couldn't. The messaging/consistency needs work. Still 4 stars. I now know this is how they operate, but they gotta work on presentability otherwise they are just randos leading you to a random apartment..

It’s a great property in great location. Just need some upgrade and mainly to change the cardboard-paper door as it is NOT safe at all whatsoever!!! Otherwise all great including communication!

Good value for the price. TV problems were fixed but didn't last for the duration of our stay (compensated for the issue). Internet ad said parking included but once booked the ad disappeared so we were forced to find parking. Asked if we had screen shot of original ad...who does that? Me from now on.

Great Location!

The studio condo was perfect for us (couple on a weekend away). It was clean with the right amenities for us. It had a small kitchen with coffee maker, laundry and cleaning supplies if needed. The building felt safe and no long wait at elevators. I would recommend an interior security lock for an extra sense of security while guest are inside. The location is ideal especially for those wanting to go to the Skydome or the Scotiabank Arena. Union Station is also in close walking distance with the underground Food Court for a quick bite when needed. There's a supermarket and LCBO across the street. There are also lots of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance.

First Apart-Hotel

This was the perfect place to stay. The building is right in the center of downtown. The apartment itself was spacious and perfect for my friend and I's trip. I would definitely stay here again, and I loved the apart-hotel experience.

Perfect location for things downtown. All the tourist attractions and arenas are within walking distance and the apt has amazing views. It had everything you need in the apt itself. It was clean but not hotel clean. I would recommend staying here
