Disrespectful upstairs neighbor

It was comfortable, up until Easter Sunday, a man was upstairs yelling, screaming, and stomping on the floor. It was very disrespectful, noisy, and could not sleep.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. Only thing is pullout couch had not been cleaned. There was a beer cap and some other trash on the pullout couch. I also wish there was a dead bolt or double locks on the door instead of just the doorknob. Thankfully my husband piled the stools and recliner against the door to give me peace of mind. Other than that it was nice, quiet and nobody bothered us. Oh and you also have to wash your own dishes in the kitchen or they charge a fee. We already clean up after ourselves but didn’t expect that rule.

Check in was easy, the lady at the front desk was very friendly. The condo was clean and neat. The mattress was a little lumpy but overall it was a good place to stay, especially for the money.
