Low value for money

Con : Right next to a huge construction site that started work at 6am so very noisy. No aircon in the bedroom so have to sleep with widow open making the noise way worse. Only get 1Gb of wifi for three days after that have to pay Low value for money Not suitable for more than two people as sofa bed is uncomfortable Long walk to surfers paradise Pro: Close to the beach Free underground parking

Not worth for Money

No room cleaning. No room service. No intercom facility between room.Rooms are not clean and tidy. Not worth for money. Only advantage near to Sea .

Had a wonderful stay in unit 2D. The whole apartment was exactly what we needed. Comfortable bed, comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen, full washing machine and dryer. Lillian the property manager is simply a beautiful person. Just sad we had to leave to head home. Will definitely booking this apartment for our next visit.

Being an older property it was huge which was great. Had everything we needed and so close to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

When we arrived the building was closed and it was before 3pm. We called and called and after waiting for over an hour in the rain, we were told that the cleaners hadn’t turned up that day so our room wasn't ready and the air conditioning was broken. We couldn’t believe it. We asked for a refund so that we could leave, but was then assured that they would have a room ready for us shortly. More waiting. We finally got to our room. It was clean and tidy, just something terribly tacky on the tiles. Had to wear shoes all the time. The place is a little old and really noisy from the street noise. Kitchen was large and well appointed. Not much of a view of the beach now that those 3 sisters monstrosities were built. Overall it was a terribly start to an average stay. We won’t be staying here again.

The manager was lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately the apartment we stayed in was very run down. We had family in another apartment in the complex that was much better kept and pleasant.

I liked the proximity to the beach and the view. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool and spa. I was disappointed that the decks didn't get any direct sun with the Langham Hotel blocking it.

Great value and location

Well located, 200m from the beach and about 400m from the lite rail. Spacious and comfortable. Initial miscommunication was followed up directly by the owner who was extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay again.
