The outside areas and communal areas were filthy, I had to scrub the green moss off the walls and floors of the balcony. Would never return. Surprised this location is advertised on Wotif.com.

L’accueil dans cet établissement s’est bien passé. Nous avions pu profiter du sauna le premier jour. Néanmoins la piscine était fermée pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Et il était plutôt compliqué de réserver le spa puisque les horaires n’était pas respecté, on nous a dit que le spa était fermé à cause d’un taux de chlore anormalement élevé…

Not luxury, but perfect for our stay.

The hotel is in deed of some TLC and it seems, has been for some time. The pool was unavailable as the water had not yet been certified but the beach is within easy striking distance. The towels and bedding were spotlessly clean; the king size bed was exceptionally comfortable - we never tried the bunks. The sound and view of the ocean from the balcony was exactly what we were hoping for in Biarritz but the room remained quiet with the shutters and patio doors closed. We were surprised to find a kitchenette which was welcome. Ample parking for free was most welcome: garage parking is offered at additional cost. I would not hesitate in returning - the price reflects the experience and the staff were kind and considerate.

Idealement situé

Idealement situé entre bayonne et biarritz avec un tres belle vu sur l'océan. Les batiments sont un peu vieillissant mais la deco pas au gout du jour mais pour un petit week-end en amoureux cela a été tres bien pour nous.

We booked for 3 days and the positive points are the location and private off road parking, there is an outdoor swimming pool and indoor gym and hot tub, I would think that when this was new it was very good, it is now dated and gives an impression that it needs money spent to bring it up to date, the apartment furniture is dated and utensils could do with deep clean. If you are on a budget, then OK, if looking at 4* hotel standard you will be disappointed. It was OK and served as a base.

Viejo, descuidado e incómodo

Lo único positivo es que tienes aparcamiento gratuito en el alojamiento y tienes todo cerca. La cama y el sofá cama son horribles, se dobla y se clava, muy incómodos e imposible de descansar. Las sábanas en la cama de matrimonio se salen porque son más pequeñas y acabas durmiendo en un plástico que huele horrible, eso se puede solventar poniendo una sábana encima cruzada si tienes la suerte de conseguir una. No hay jabón de fregar ni estropajos, ni pastillas de lavavajillas para ponerlo, eso sí, puedes comprar los kits de limpieza por 5€. No hacen limpieza diaria ni te cambian las sábanas o toallas si no tienes una estancia de 7 días. No hay bar ni restaurante en el alojamiento aunque hay varios chiringuitos cerca. Si quieres desayunar tienes que reservarlo el día anterior, los adultos pagan 13€ y los niños hasta 12 años, 6€, está todo bueno: embutidos, zumo, café, bollería... pero limitado, les cuesta reponer si se agota, no merece la pena. Como no tienen jabón ni estropajo, la vajilla y cubiertos no están en condiciones óptimas, por lo que tienes que comprar productos de higiene si quieres comer ahí. Cuidado con las lámparas que son de cristales, faltan la mitad y están sueltos. Tienen una piscina al aire libre y un spa que son dos bañeras y dos saunas por 11€ la hora por adulto, niños de 16-18 tienen que estar acompañados por un adulto y hay que reservarlo con anterioridad. Un sitio de paso, pero no para vacaciones o estancias largas.

Bien mais à remettre au goût du jour...

Hôtel vraiment vieillissant tant au niveau de la déco que de l'équipement. (robinetterie obsolete, chaises en mauvais etat, luminaire d'un autre temps, parties communes défraîchie...) Isolation phonique très moyenne Dommage l'espace et l'agencement de la chambre sont bien pensé et l'emplacement parfait !

Assez déçus du voyage

Moi qui voulais faire plaisir à ma famille qui était en vacances en leur offrant une petite escapade à Biarritz… Hôtel qui semblait très beau dans ces jours de gloire mais qui malheureusement a été visiblement totalement laissé à l’abandon. Des trous partout que ce soit la porte, les murs, le carrelage.. sans compter les nombreuses choses cassées ou qui tiennent à peine dans l’appartement, pour couronner le tout on nous apprend à notre arrivée que l’ascenseur est en panne, on est à l’étage avec une personne âgée et un enfant en bas âge, sympa la montée des valises! On découvre ensuite le soir que la télé est hs, heureusement qu’on était en vacances donc pas besoin de télé mais bon… on connaît tous les mamies.. elles aiment regarder leur petit journal le soir.. là c’était raté! C’est vraiment terriblement dommage pour un tel établissement! Vue pourtant magnifique et environnement exceptionnel mais le site en lui même mériterait une énorme rénovation! Anciennement visiblement 4 étoiles selon les décorations et autres brodures sur l’oreiller ou même gravure sur les prises, il ne reste que 3 étoiles sur le panneau d’entrée mais en y regardant bien… ne devrait il y en avoir qu’une, et encore… juste pour la vue! Matelas tout de même confortable en réconfort. Les deux lits superposés sont littéralement collés à la porte d’entrée donc sympa le sommeil avec les bruits de couloir et lumière, à tout juste un pas de la salle de bain/toilette.. il ne faut pas se sentir à l’étroit à 4!

Residence à éviter

Cette résidence propose aux clients d'hotels.com les pires logements qu'elle dispose. Nôtre logement était mal isolé et froid malgré le chauffage à fond. Un appartement désuet mal entretenu, en manque d'équipements et de places de parking. Le prix est inapproprié à la prestation proposée. Très grosse déception !

Désuet, des travaux à prévoir

Niveau propreté et personnel rien à redire. Seul point positif, car les appartements sont très datés, semblent n'avoir jamais été rénové depuis au moins 30 ans... attention la télé: pire qu' à l'hôpital... 36 cm dans un coin en hauteur torticolis assuré et bonne loupe obligatoire... on était deux c'était limite niveau vaisselle une seule petite casserole et une seule poêle... Autre point important : Pas de quoi faire la vaisselle ni liquide ni éponge ni serviette, pas de gel douche non plus... Rapport qualité-prix plus que médiocre heureusement qu'on avait la vue mer... L'établissement doit se remettre en cause et rénover urgemment... Ascenseur en panne depuis un moment apparemment, les portes qui frottent. le coin de nuit adulte dans l'appartement à une porte soi-disant coulissante, une femme ne peut même plus la coulisser tellement elle est bloquée par la rouille, table plastique sur la terrasse cassée, etc...
