Très bon séjour dans cet établissement. Accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Studio propre, bien équipé et literie confortable. L'établissement est très bien situé, à proximité du centre.

Très bien placé on a tout fait à pied ! Appartement spacieux bien équipé Personnel au top très sympa. Seul bémol on s'est gelé le système de chauffage n'est pas suffisant !!! A refaire quand il fera moins froid !!

Good stay - be aware of the changing door code

We had a fine stay. The location is very good. Staff is kind, but does not speak English very good. A bit annoying that the front door is locked in the middle of the day, and you have to use a code. The code changes every saturday, so if your stay extends over Saturday, remember to ask for a new code, you're not given this automatically, but must ask yourself. So there is a risk for being looked out.

L'hébergement est vieillissant. Les joints de la salle de bain sont à changer. Il y avait de la poussière à certains endroits. La buanderie est très chère : 6 euros pour le lavage et 3 euros pour le séchage. Les machines sont minuscules et peu nombreuses (2 pour le lavage et 1 pour le séchage). Les lieux sont mal insonorisés. Le service à la clientèle est très moyen. Les personnes sont sur la défensive et il est difficile d'avoir un bon service. Nous avons recu la visite de techniciens pour la climitisation sans préavis. Nous ne reviendrons pas. Un point fort : la proximité avec la plage et les rues piétonnes. La ville est charmante.

Appartement fonctionnel et idéalement situé

Endroit convenable, résidence vieillissante mais propre, parking indispensable mais un peu cher. Par contre bien placé, à 5-10 mins à pieds du centre-ville. Bruit de circulation important suivant l’appartement.
