Luxury boutique hotel.

Amazing service and hospitality. All staffs go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Very authentic balinese villa feel. Perfect to unwind.

We stayed in the Sunrise Villa which is located adjacent to the beach. 4 separate bedrooms and a separate living and kitchen area. Full sized pool and plenty of space with beautiful landscaping made it easy to spend time in the Villa. Staff, especially the F&B folks, were attentive and ready to assist and serve as needed. The GM was always read to listen to our thoughts and make recommendations and suggestions. The black san beach, while beautiful, was not inviting for us. Great to look at but we walked on it once and cut the walk short. Wonderful stay and we look forward to returning the property and the Sunrise Villa. Recommended.

The resort looked absolutely stunning and clean. We had a pleasant stay. We came late in the night and the staff received us well and enquired before hand on arrival timing which shows how well prepared they are. The highlight of the room is the big pool. We stayed at multiple villas and I must say this is our most favourite due to pool size, cleanliness and overall interiors of the resort. The breakfast options were good and we enjoyed the view we had at the restaurant. Overall fantastic stay and would definitely visit again when at Bali.

Nice sea views and great service

Very peaceful and beautiful scenery with great service by all staff. We carelessly left money and ipad in the villa and even though the cleaning staff came by, nothing was missing. Gardening staff would greet you along the way. The villas all had beautiful antique looking wooden doors which were all unique in design. A bit away from the crowds but taxi service is always available through the reception which is open 24/7.

Awesome experience

Had 6 awesome nights in the villa with my fiancé. Every single staff has been great really responsive and attentive. We were also amazed by their seamless communications - There was no single occasion that we had to repeat our request even though we had dealt with a different staff member for our request the previous day. All meals are reasonably priced. The resort is a little secluded with no eateries or restaurants close by, yet the villa does not take the opportunity to rip their customers off by providing overpriced food. Room - needless to say it's top-notch but would have been good if TV reception was a bit better...

Great place to unwind with your loved ones

Overall stay is very satisfactory particularly for couples or honey mooners. Nothing much to enjoy within the close vicinity of this hotel. However the services from the staffs were superb and makes you feel home and comfortable

Disappointed!!! Multiple Gekos in room which kept making loud noises throughout night with very poor sleep for us.Droppings could be seen in room. Despite multiple complaints, nothing concrete was done. They said it is expected given the location. If we wanted to put up with critters, we would have booked a camping tent. Utterly disgraceful given their claims about “first class facility “. Would not return or recommend unless u were willing to be rough it out at exorbitant cost.

The Royal Purnama is a beautiful, quiet resort. The staff were all very helpful, and we enjoyed facilities such as the gym and access to Moonstone Pool Club. The complimentary activities, including the yoga classes and rice field tour, were excellent. We’d definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful facility. Our room was exceptional, and the food excellent. The staff are extremely service oriented - and were attentive to our every need. I have seldom stayed in such a well managed and customer driven resort.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever booked. Quiet and peaceful in a romantic setting. We stayed four nights in one of the Cempaka Villas which featured a king size four post bed, spa-like bathroom, kitchenette, and our own private swimming pool. It was luxurious. The grounds are meticulously kept and walking around the resort felt like a walk through paradise. The restaurant featured a variety of foods, including local cuisine, and it was all fantastic, including the free breakfast. The black sand beach was gorgeous, and although we didn’t swim in the ocean (the waves were quite strong) we did walk along the beach and wade in the warm water. The newly opened Moonstone beach club, adjacent to but connected to the Royal Purnama, had a hip vibe, a large swimming area and plenty of cabanas and loungers to relax while overlooking the black sand beach. The staff may have been the best part of our experience. They were all so friendly and accommodating. We truly felt as though they were there to help make our experience the best it could be-prompt, professional, and always courteous. Their smiles and friendly demeanor were contagious. They helped arrange spa services on-site, dinner reservations, excursions, and local transport. The location, while not in the midst of the Bali party scene was convenient to the airport, harbor (for Nusa Peneida excursions), and Ubud cultural sites. Special shoutout to Angga who spent a day touring us around! And Nita!

Everything exceptional except no A/C in bebaths!

Everything was exceptional except the non air conditioned bathrooms in the rooms. It was way too hot to spend more than a minute or two in there. They need to have an option to close off the outside wall when very hot. Hotel was beautiful; food was great; service was wonderful.! Private pool was large and glorious!

The staff is very attentive , the restaurants are very accommodating love that they have shisha. The ambulance was very nice .i was celebrating my birthday and they had everything ready that was planned!! Would definitely stay here again
