Well maintained

The building was well maintained and our unit was clean. We had a full beachfront view. I do wish that the outdoor pool was heated so that I could use it.What a waste.The underground pool area was full of children so it was noisy and overused (if you know what I mean). The Hotel was near the Surf Club so we enjoyed meals there.

A very comfortable holiday destination. Great views, easy access, practical amenities. Parks across the road, ocean across the road, great pools and bbq areas on premises. We had a thoroughly relaxing holiday.

It was OK, I think Reception opening at 9 am is a little too late at times. My shower door was off the hinges but it did get fixed. Building and surrounds are quite tired, but the location is great.

Resort is just lovely , great outdoor pool area and close to everything. Beach just across the road and good walk to shops in James Street. My particular unit was rather dark but was ground floor so not totally unexpected and not a problem for a 3 night stay. Both staff and fellow guests very friendly

Excellent location to Burleigh shops and surf clubs, Cole’s supermarket just across the road, the rooms are so clean and tidy, pool and outdoor areas lovely. Can’t wait to return!!

The grounds were beautifully kept, the pool stunning and the heated pool was great too. Room was well equipped and the lounge was comfy. The pillows were a bit too hard and probably need to be upgraded. I enjoyed the nespresso machine for easy coffee before walking to many cool and fun coffee shops with great beans. Just a 10 min stroll and you’re in the nightlife in the Main Street. Pool towels were awesome and huge, so comfy.

Nice and close to the beach. The hotel was promising, as it had a nice laidback vibe. Unfortunately our room was in dire need of refurbishment and good clean. The bathrooms smelled quite musty and I had to do a deep clean of the shower areas when we got there as it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked (the toilets were fine though). Also, for some reason the aircon in our room stopped working at night (it was blowing warm air and was quite uncomfortable for the two nights we were there). Very strange considering the other aircons were great and it worked fine during the day. We did end up enjoying our stay, just those few things that could have made it a lot better. The rooftop area was very pretty and it’s nice and close to the beach. The kitchen area had everything we needed (dishwasher, fridge etc in good working order) and it had three aircons which is great for a 2bdrm apartment.

The apartment size was great, was in a good location opposite the beach and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool and spa (we went in winter) but we weren’t informed that there would be nightly road works directly outside our apt every night from 10pm-6am on the new tram line. This was horrendous & we had little sleep

Location is excellent. Room is older but fine. Underground parking is very convenient. Indoor heated pool and sauna is great. Two days before check-in (after no refund period) we were notified the rooftop was closed due to construction. No big issues. However, after checking in, our room was underneath the suspended platform with ropes laying around. Area was not roped off, and there was no net setup to catch falling tools, etc. And dirty water coming down whilst they were working. Not sure it's even legal to live under an active worksite in QLD? Staff (Kelly) were rude and lied about OC approving of the works, yet they also said they didn't know they were starting work on our side yet. And no compensation for an outdoor area that was completely unusable during our stay. Wouldn't stay here again just due to staff.

Good location in Burleigh Heads – easy walk to beach, cafes, and shops. Friendly and helpful staff – check-in was smooth and they answered all my questions. Photos of the apartment were true to what I found on arrival. Clean and well-maintained space – felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Wi-Fi worked well.
