Dirty room, terrible condition of the bathroom and the hotel staff were the least to say unorganized and not helpful. I requested several times to change the room and they postponed my move 3 times with the explanation that the room that I was supposed to move was occupied by a new guest!

The Hotel location is good and Hotel is kept neat.

My stay was a short period of 8 days full with joy and pleasant site seeing at the Emirates Grand Hotel Apartments and when outside the building. The personnel at the Hotel were helpful in information about the Hotel and Dubai city. My stay was memorable one.

Nice Hotel

Great hotel for the price paid, very convenient, a little older hotel but very much still great place to stay. I got free upgrade to a huge 1 bed apartment. Less than 1minute walk to metro, with food choices close by. Staff very helpful with every request
