Hotel is 5 mins walk to train station which is only 2 station away from CBD. Room condition is clean.

Pro: The staffs at the check-in and check-out are friendly. Con: The room is not very clean especially the cooking hood is very oily when we pull it out and decided not to do any cooking. Amenities, like hand and face towels supplied only for 1 person, no shower cap and no replenishment of tissues.

We stayed here just the night before our flight back early morning as fhe location is just 2 stops away from airport by train suoer convenient! The suite is huge spacious and clean. Wished we stayed longer!

Disappointing

We booked 4 nights here but stayed only 2. The room was dark, drab, and very much in need of a refurb and a good clean. We couldn't relax on the old, tired lounge as the springs from the mattress inside made it extremely uncomfortable. The kettle lid was broken and it was dirty inside so we bought our drinks from the café outside. When we checked out and mentioned the issues we experienced, the manager apologized and refunded our parking costs. Even so, I doubt we'll be back.

The apartment still had food smell lingering inside so asked to switch rooms. Second room was still the same. Only good for the close location to the airport, train and supermarket down the road.

Shocking stay, the cot for my 8 month old was broken, no hot water and terrible service. Had only stayed here a week ago and it was fine but this is just not acceptable. Parents be warned to check cot if you have a baby.

Great stay.

Pretty good overall, they let us check in early, the room was almost excellent, very clean, except for a weird smell (from cleaning products maybe?). Walking distance to public transport and restaurants. Airport is close, so expect plane noise.
