Our stay here was one of the highlights of our trip. We loved the room and the view from it was incredible. The staff was wonderfully attentive and all our needs were met. It was great to be able to walk to everything, and the included parking helped greatly. We had to communicate before our trip due to some payment issues and couldn’t have had a better experience.

It is right next to a wide plateau where kids can run and play. Not far from the town area where you can buy and eat. 10-15 mins to the train station (Mer de Glace) and Gondola place to Aiguille du Midi. Staffs were VERY kind. Enjoyed our stay here. Free parking available.

Excellent stay!

A fantastic place to stay, as a family. The apartment was clean, spacious and well-appointed. Close to shops and restaurants, and very close to the beginner slopes and teaching area for children. Wonderful views, tasty breakfast, friendly staff and excellent pool and sauna. We would happily stay here again.

We had a great balcony at le Balcons, the best view in Chamonix and probably the easiest ski access. Roomy abd the kitchen was a great benefit. The property is a little dated but a traditional motif. A great stay! Thank you!

The property was well located to visit the town and see the resort. The room had a kitchenette which allowed us to relax and not feel pressure to eat out. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel.

Nice chalet near Brevent ski area

Nice suite of 2 rooms and a little kitchen well equipped with all you need to prepare meals. Though, the shower was worn out with little debit,they changed it but it was still not functioning well, but manageable. The surroundings are nice ,close to the center and ski areas. Ski in and out is possible if there is enough snow as there is a téléski nearby that takes you next to the Brevent ski area. Ok breakfast. Nice and helpful personnel at the desk. I would come back.

Fantastic hotel! Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgable. And we were grateful that they were fluent in English (which was more than what we could say for our French). The parking garage was very secure, safe and convenient. The views of Mont Blanc from our room were breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I loved the location, it was fantastic. We were on the ground level and the ability to interact with the locals was great. The facility was very nice and the pool and sauna was very nice. It is both secluded as well as very walkable to all points in Chamonix. Parking is a valued part of the reservation. The bed was very comfortable and other than being a bit dated inasmuch as furniture, it was a comfortable 10 night stay. I will be back, I have stayed at other hotels before in Chamonix and as mentioned, I will be staying there again. Close to skiing, dining, and nightlife. Friendly staff, available 24 hours. Merci’

Excellent and Perfect Property ! Great Quality Apartments with a Great View Overlooking the Mont Blanc Range and the Landing Area for Paragliders !! Super Balcony, Racellete and Fondue Maker, Good Kitchen ! Games Room for Children, Good Parking !! What more can one ask for !! Location was slightly away from the center but the walk was nice and only few minutes - so would highly recommend ! 5 to 10 minute walk to various Cable Cars and Gondolas and Trains and Trams ! It was a 4 mins walking distance to the nearby bus stops. Located on a steep hill. Still manageable with luggages. Decided to stay here for the views, and it was indeed a wise choice. The accommodation is roughly 5-10minutes away from the shops in town. We chose the suite option, which was perfect for my family. Room came with all the basics, as listed in the hotel booking details. Although old, the beddings were comfy. You would see paragliders landing right in front of the hotel, which was another perk to add. I would recommend this place for families and folks that want a place like home. Getting around Chamonix by foot is still manageable. However, I'd recommend renting a car if you're looking to explore outskirts of Chamonix, as the transport system goes by the hour, which limits travel plans.

Nice location!

We loved the location of our hotel. We had a great view of Mont Blanc and enjoyed watching the paragliders land on the property. The main town was a short walk that we enjoyed taking in the pleasant weather. The property had a nice indoor pool and helpful staff. We did not try the breakfast as we had a kitchenette in our room. There was plenty of room for four in our two bedroom apartment. The kitchenette was small but had plenty of dishes and small appliances. We had two problems at the property. First, the electricity cut out in the bathroom. On the first day, the concierge reset the circuit breaker and fixed the problem. The next day the electricity cut out again and and a maintenance man worked on the lights for a couple of hours and still could not fix them. He put in a couple of battery operated touch lights in the bathroom but not in the water closet. We had to use our cell phone flashlights in order to see what we were doing in the bathroom. The other problem was the clothes washer and dryer. The washing machine did not work properly and our clothes were soaking wet at the end of the cycle. The dryer did not really work at all. Luckily, there was a nice drying rack on her balcony so we were able to dry our clothes.

Hotel was in a good locations and had a beautiful view. Walking distance to the center of Chamonix. However, our bathroom had mold on the ceiling and our toilet broke (took overnight for a fix) and we found a spider in our of the rooms.

Was a wonderful stay. Nice roomy place, very well stocked with everything needed, with an amazing view. The staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful, allowing us to both check in early and check out late, YMMV of course depending on occupancy etc. We tried the room service breakfast one morning and it was really good and a a good value. The location was also very convenient for both town amenities and hiking so it's about as good as it gets.
