I stayed a week. Polite and helpful staff. Large n clean room. Nice small kitchenette. But shower gel in the small bottle kept running out, had to get more every 2 days. Bathtub has high sides so a bit tricky getting in and out. Wifi only for max 3 devices at a time. No in-house restaurant. Unimpressive small n stark lobby. But overall, a good stay

Needs a bit of tender loving care...

The property seems to lack a bit of maintenance. The lifts are dilapidated. Buttons not working. Buttons incorrectly replaced. Buttons missing. Lift sometimes not working. Overall ok for a quick business trip but nothing to get cosy with. .

Excellent stay

Would recommend to family's and to those who are here on leisure. Good location near to shopping district and easy connection to other attractions. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful when you have enquires.

spacious apartment and helpful staff

This apartment is located near the adelaide convention center and railway station. Staff is friendly and allow us to check in early as our flight arrived in the early morning, that's really helpful after a long flight. The apartment is spacious and clean, well maintained. My apartment come with a bathtub with jacuzzi function which is a plus after a long day. Although i traveled alone this time, but this apartment will be great for family as it comes with full kitchen and washing machine (no dryer). Oh yah, there are pool and gym at level 3. A must to mentioned is that hotel lift is fast and efficient! There also a restaurant attached to the hotel which open for breakfast till dinner.

Average, but easily fixable

The room was fine. It was functional and quiet and clean. The pool was appreciated. What was not good was the inoperability of the card system to get in the door or use the lift. The terseness of the reception was not what we expected. It is good to look at people and smile. Not once in the whole stay did anyone smile at us.

Overall not a bad stay…. Price was reasonable. Good location on North Terrace. On check in the lady behind the counter wasn’t overly friendly and seemed as though she didn’t want to be there. Check out staff were much more friendly.

1 bedroom apartment was a very nice size and was very clean! Bathroom even had a spa bath which we were not expecting, especially at the very good rate we paid! The Pillows were exceptional!! The bedroom even had own TV, with a smart TV in lounge area. Absolutely loved the heated pool and Spa however, I believe there may need to be an upgrade or pump checked as it did not seem to have the usuall pressure to blow any of kind of decent water through jets. Still enjoyable. There was no food delivery like they would normally organise for you being boxing day and I think this should be addressed somehow.
