Loved our stay. Always very clean, kitchen has all essentials for simple meals, beds are very comfortable, washer and dryer very convenient. The hotel has a (new?) policy not allowing bikes to be in the room. We were there for triathlon, so had two with us. They provided safe, lockable individual storage option in their surveillance garage so that worked for us - note there is an additional charge for that. Still, our go to stay in Magog. Friendly staff, great apartments.

Great place to get away

Amazing experience, conveniently located in the heart of Magog. The hotel was very accommodating and the front desk staff were very friendly. The gym was well equipped, and spacious. The hotel room was a condo so you had a full-size fridge and stove so you were missing nothing but the local restaurants were delicious.

The room was a modern, clean one bedroom suite in downtown Magog. It was even better than the photos on the website. Ideal location with great views indoor parking suring a snowstorm and even had EV parking in more than half the spaces. Love this place.*****

Excellent one night stay on way to Quebec City . We had a 1 bedroom unit on 4th floor. Loved the rooftop hot tub and sauna as well as the Nespresso machine in the room . So clean and friendly staff. Will definitely be back

Stayed over on the way home from Montreal to the US. New loft style apartment hotel units on inlet to Memphremagog Exceptionally clean and well designed.. Magog is an old mill town that is definitely on the rebound as an Eastern township destination - many nice new restaurants and shops.

Fantastic location near everything, shops, restaurants, entertainment. The patisserie (pastry shop) on the ground floor is gorgeous. Fully-equipped apartment with premium appliances. Underground parking. Friendly staff. We'll be back.

Room was nice and modern. Downfall is the train tracks are less than 50 ft from the room windows. VERY loud. Our room was also above the parking garage so Everytime the door opens and closes it’s loud and the room vibrates. Hot tub was nice.

Very nice location and beautiful suite. We were on the first floor and we could hear the garage door opening and closing. Thankfully ut was quiet during the night. The train passes outside but none at night. Very friendly and helpful staff!! Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Great place to stay

This place was fantastic. Stayed in the 3rd floor King/Queen bedroom suite. Very clean. Comfortable. Was more like a luxury condo feel. Kitchen had everything you needed to make simple meals. Laundry room included. Underground parking garage available. The only thing we found was whatever nightclub had a party from 11:30pm to early morning was very audible as it was coming from the side our condo was on. Would still highly recommend though.

Our balcony had a view on an old wall. The wall of a bar. On Saturday nights, the bar has a big party with a lot of huge speakers and a DJ on its terrace. No one in the hotel slept, the walls were shaking. Even with ear plugs, white noise and a pillow on our face, it was still incredibly loud....until 03h00 am. There also is a train track just beside the hotel. The train is still operational and whistle very loudly around 6h00 am. Do not stay there if you actually like to sleep.
