I requested a room with a bathtub. There was a bathtub, but the plug didn't work and I couldn't fill it with hot water. I ended up only taking a shower during my stay, which was disappointing. The staff should have asked in advance if it was available. Also, there was no hot water for about half a day, so I had to take a cold shower.

This was my first time staying at a hotel that didn't have staff onsite. At first, I felt a little nervous because it seemed like a ghost town but I did fly in on 1/8 right in the middle of a State of Emergency and LA being under an evacuation warning due to the fires. Once settled I realized the housekeepers are usually onsite and they have a patrol/security guard in the evenings so that made me feel better. The hotel room is literally a studio apt and has everything you need. Close to the 101 and Hollywood Blvd. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to be!

Great units, the view would be great if it wasnt blocked by a giant billboard on the window or the Netflix HQ Building directly in front of the windows. Decent parking space althought narrow and difficult to navigate. Great location, just be careful at night. Very nice room, very clean and very responsive hotel management (I think its an AI though). Weird. overly sweet odor in the room. Management says it was the cleaning oroduct used and had us leave the room for an hour to run an ozone treatment in the room. However I believe they did not do so and simply said they did (lied) as the room was no different afterward. Overall good experience.

Nice location, Hollywood sign can be seen from the room. The instruction for check-in is very helpful to us for an easy entry into the building. The room is spacious with everything needed. We tried to get an extra blanket but couldn’t find one in the storage room. The response from the staff is quick, the blanket was sent to us upon the request. Everything is good except parking is a little bit overpriced.
