Property was new, nice, and big (it was basically a full fledged one room apartment we had). Two TVs, kitchenette and washing machine. Location was well placed within 10min walk to gaya street. Only drawback was that Citadines co-shares the plot and common facilities w an apartment building called Northshore (different wing) which brings along w that, tons of short-stay crowd (amongst them children) and noise in the common areas, esp the pool.

Sad to note there wasn’t a swimming pool per se but only an adult wading pool that allows you to enjoy the cooling off & sunset. No attendant in sight in the gym ( suppose to collect pool towel) & no pool towels available except the small ones. Went down @ 4.00pm to 6th level & left about 5.00pm or so when I sighted hotel staff with the load of clean fresh pool towels! Only a coffeeshop available for dining with limited menu choices. Not convenient for those on short stays despite the fact that my room has the kitchen facilities & cutlery.

Fantastic hotel. Brand new, good sizing and the room were very well equipped. The value for money was good and again, because it is very new, everything was in very good condition. Good location as well. Would return again definitely!

The hotel was in a convenient location with accessibility to mall and dining places. The hotel lobby was clean. The room is clean, but not very spacious. The toilet is also clean and nice.

We have no complaints about the unit when we walked in however it was located in a bad part of a disgusting town of Kota Kinabalu. We could not bring ourselves to stay and left and went up the street and checked into the Marriott.

Fantastisk

Super super flot lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt ud over havet . Lejligheden har en god størrelse, vi var tre , så en sov på opredning i stuen. Lejligheden ligger centralt ca 1 km til det største mall og lidt under 1 km til havnen, hvor der arrangeres et væld af ture ud på forskellige øer

Nice location in the downtown Centre and worth price to choose this hotel. Spacious for the premium room. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Friendly n warm staff at the reception. Nice view from the room

第一晚酒店房有蟑螂， 房門開關不順， 每次開一半都聽到門鉸的聲音， 出入時全個走廊都聽到。 跟他們說換房只說滿了。 叫他們做清潔也不置可否。 另， 問及附近地點， 職員都說不清楚。 例如郵局， 他們只說很近行4分鐘， 叫我出門口自己google. 一個說關門， 另一個又說有開放。 問他們哪裡有明信片買。 只說周日店鋪關門。 但明明隔離商場地庫有售。 基本上地理位置好硬件不錯。 但就是員工服務有待改善
