Très belle résidence propreté sécurité animation pour les enfants au top par contre le logement catastrophique pas entretenue vétuste j’ai même eu une prise qui a pris feu dommage de ne pas entretenir un logement dans une jolie résidence

résidence Golf Mirador

Le séjour n’a pas eu lieu puisqu’il n’y a eu aucune réservation à notre nom lorsque nous sommes arrivés au Maroc et nous sommes repartis sans solution. Je suis très déçue d’Hôtels.com qui n’a pas fait le nécessaire pour un éventuel relogement ; j’ai passé 4 heures au téléphone et quand je demandais à être rappeler, personne ne le faisait. Je tire mon chapeau seulement à une dame anglaise de chez Expedia qui m’a appelé et me rappelait quand la communication coupait ; elle m’a rappelé un peu tard malheureusement car nous étions déjà sur le quai du ferry donc plus de possibilité de relogement. Donc hôtels.com à bannir ainsi que mirador golf Residence et tous les autres aux alentours c’est pareil ! Attention c’est une arnaque !

Personne ne s’est présenté pour nous donner les clés de notre chambre. Il n’y avait plus de logements de dispo. On a fait la route depuis la France jusqu’à Maroc pour arriver et ne pas avoir de logement C’est honteux
