A practical option for a quick stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was available and the hotel is close to the tram station that takes you into town, which made it very convenient. The property needs some freshening up but overall, good value for the stay.

Affordable, Clean and Great Location

This little apartment was just the right amount of space for our 3 night adventure in Florence. It was nice to relax in the living area at the end of a long day of touring, although it would have been nice to use the TV but no instructions were left to know how to operate it. The kitchen was simply but adequately supplied but we only used it for snacking and wine. The beds seemed too firm but were surprisingly comfortable. Our only complaint was the skylight directly over the beds that had no covering so it was bright. The price is very affordable and the location was perfect; less than a 5 minute walk to the Tram. We would definitely stay here again.

GREAT STAY

Very pleasant stay

Travelled with our 3 kids and stayed for 3 nights. Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our appartment had a very large room with a huge bed, a second room with a single bed and a couch that converts into a bed in the living room. We had a kitchen and a table to eat breakfast in the appartment. We also used the washing machine and dryer in the building. Staff was pleasant and helpful. There is a tram stop just a few minutes away. Would stay there again for sure

Very clean property, very spacious and comfortable apartment and very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay there. There is only one washer for the entire property and it is only opened from 830am to 1030pm, so if others want to use it as well, it might be difficult to do your washing (although we did not run into this problem). The property is a bit far from the city center (20min by foot) but the tram is really close. Overall, it is a good place to stay as it has a lot to offer.

Second time staying here and it was disappointing due to the cleanliness. Large blood stain on the sheets was kind of a shock. Bed sheets were nicly made so the housekeeping made the bed knowing that there was a 4" diameter blood mark. They did change the sheets quickly, but still not good. I will not be returning.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms were perfectly fine—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—my experience with the staff was disappointing. I requested something as simple as an extra towel or a tiny shower gel, I was met with disapproving looks, as if I had committed some sort of crime. In particular, Andrea was incredibly rude and made me feel very unwelcome and sounded racist . A little bit of friendliness and understanding from the staff, especially Andrea, would have made a huge difference in my stay. Unfortunately, this kind of attitude overshadowed what could have been a much more pleasant experience.
