A practical option for a quick stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was available and the hotel is close to the tram station that takes you into town, which made it very convenient. The property needs some freshening up but overall, good value for the stay.

The decor is a cool retro chic. A throwback to the 1960s or 70s. However, the mattresses feel like a throwback to the Stone age. Not surprisingly in Florence, off street parking here is nearly non-existent.

Very nice place, not too far from train station but a further walk to most places. Not many places to eat around but we walked about 20 -30 mins and found something.

The property lacked Iron an Ironing boards in room. Inconvenient to go to laudry room to Iron clothing. Appreciated having laundry facility but cost to dry was to expensive. A/C didn’t work and everywhere was hot.

The room was very spacious and overall a great place to stay during our time in Florence. Very close to the tram which either takes you to the airport or the city centre in under 30mins. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. If we had stayed 3 weeks in a hotel, we would have been piled up and miserable. But here, we had room to store our clothes and plenty of room to move around. We found everyone that worked there to be helpful and kind.
