Outdated apartment, with a Bates hotel vibe.😉 It was a prison feeling in the apartment because of the bars in the window. If you staying 'get breakfast somewhere else because you can be disappointed. One stay it was more than enough for us.

A practical option for a quick stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was available and the hotel is close to the tram station that takes you into town, which made it very convenient. The property needs some freshening up but overall, good value for the stay.

Affordable, Clean and Great Location

This little apartment was just the right amount of space for our 3 night adventure in Florence. It was nice to relax in the living area at the end of a long day of touring, although it would have been nice to use the TV but no instructions were left to know how to operate it. The kitchen was simply but adequately supplied but we only used it for snacking and wine. The beds seemed too firm but were surprisingly comfortable. Our only complaint was the skylight directly over the beds that had no covering so it was bright. The price is very affordable and the location was perfect; less than a 5 minute walk to the Tram. We would definitely stay here again.
