The property is nice and modern. Great for weekend getaways and family vacations. Note that there is no iron and iron board in the unit. This would be nice if you have events to attend. Overall great stay.

Beautiful new condo. The TV was difficult we were unable to get any local channels and needed permission to download apps. It was vacation so not a real problem compared to the spacious condo.

The unit itself was amazing, very clean and modern. The issue is with they are still under construction and the community pool is not done yet. We were there during the Fourth of July holiday and they were a lot of gas making a lot of noise throughout the night.

Place was excellent, beautiful and stylish , all amenities included . Close to a plaza and fast foods . They made check in easy , but just because of how new it is, they don’t have a lobby , everything is through chat .and entrance was definitely under construction .but when I tell you every room had a tv and comfortable beds ! Great A/C too and pet friendly . Provided bowl and food for my fur friend .

Very quiet inside the property with only occasional noise from other guests. Each room has a smart TV and a comfy bed. Design is modern and minimalist. When all construction is finished it will be lovely. As of April 1, 2024 there was a lot of road construction close to the property causing congestion and delays accessing it. Groceries are walkable although no one seems to walk in Florida! Note: There is no BBQ and pool is unheated

There is still a lot of construction going on around the property. The front roads are all under construction. That’s not the worst part. We booked the house for 7 days, they only stocked us with 2 trash bags and 1 box of tissue in one of the bathrooms was stocked. 4 bathrooms and only 1 had a box of tissue in the tissue holder. The other 3 were empty. The main master bedroom was missing a comforter. It only had a flat sheet and some cover. I reached out to Vacasa and they told me that it was my responsibility to get more trash bags as they only stock the house with the basics.

The property was spacious, rooms were comfortable however the toilets were clogged for 2 days. Toilet water coming up the toilet. Poop water coming up the bath tub. We called multiple times and it took over 12 hours for a plumber to come to check on the issue. We took 14 minutes longer to check out and the property manager showed up at the property. So it made us feel like when we were calling about the toilet incident we they left us for a night and a whole day without using the bathroom (no number 1 or number 2) with toddlers , no shower, couldn’t shower and go out, or do the dishes….

The unit was not clean properly. The floor was filthy!! The oven was dirty with splatter old food. The shower wasn’t clean well there was hair from previous people on the shower walls. The cleaners only spot clean instead of actually cleaning the place. After doing a review the cleaning came apologizing and offered to clean the floors but at this point we had already been in the space for 2 days and it would interfere with our vacation. We did show her all of the dirty things and she apologized but that doesn’t fix the fact that the place wasn’t clean from the start. We never heard anything from the property owners in regards to the cleanliness of their property which is not a good look. Other than the property not being clean and no communication everything else was good.
