Thank you for making our stay such a memorable one. My dad loves the surprise that the staff hv prepared for him. Everything was beyond what I expected. All the staffs are very courteous, polite and have provided extraordinary service. You guys hv set the standard so high that I think I'm gonna just return here everytime I'm back in Jakarta.

My family and I are very impressed at the amazing service rendered here. Staff are always ready with a smile, whenever our private hire reaches the hotel, staff at the entrance will never fail to open our car doors and help us with our items. Front desk is friendly, greeting us and smiling whenever we walk past. We had our flight arrive early on the day of check-in, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel to grab breakfast. The hotel has a lovely lounge area which is spacious and comfortable. They were kind to allow us to check-in early at 12pm. Hotel has kid-friendly activities such a tote bag painting and DIY slime making, as well as an indoor playground in the meeting room. The pool facilities were clean and well-managed. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety that changes daily. There's a live egg station and empty dishes were cleared promptly. Feedback was sought from management about the food and any dissatisfaction was almost immediately worked upon. Housekeeping team was very friendly. One of the housekeepers, Cindy, folded a crab out of a bath towel for our young children. They loved it. We appreciate the extra service given by her. Room was always tidied up well, with the kitchenette in the room, we did not expect our dishes to be washed, but they were. Thank you Citadines for providing our family with such an amazing stay. We will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others, especially for those with young children.

Good getaway apartment for family! New apartment with access by a 'private' lift. Facilities are excellent! Easy access to amenities just below the property. Property is well guarded and the staff were professional and awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and services are commendable. Keep it up! Will come back! :)

the initial room was noisy due to the water pump/tank. after we made enquire on the noise. immediately they took action and rectify the problem. And offer to change room.

My son injured his toes and before the front desk could assist, the banquet manager (a lady) noticed from far and quickly gave first aid. Very thankful that they are all observant and empathetic.
