This hotel property is like a holiday home. The surrounding environment is very nice with a Lake next to the hotel with spectacular sunset. This property is not near the Rotorua city centre, but isn’t not a problem as we rented a car
We stayed here for 2 nights, but were surprised to find that the rooms were not made up and complimentary coffee/tea bags were not refilled
Just wonder is this due to COVID-19 ?
