We had a wonderful holiday staying in this very clean, welcoming and very well maintained chalet. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The perfect place for a beach holiday

The chalet at 155 Sunbeach was brilliant. Very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. Very convenient for the beach and camp facilities. Exactly what we needed for our week away.

Lovely break

Beautiful chalet perfectly situated for a relaxing break. Clean and had all the little extras there you could ask for My hubby myself and our dog max had a wonderful time thank you love to visit again soon

Perfect!

Property was spotlessly clean, in a perfect location, had great communication with the owners and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Was so nice to have a tray with tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival too. Will definitely go back!!

A lovely stay

We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely and exceptionally clean chalet. It had everything we needed. The location was good-a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach, a couple of pubs, cafes, shops, take aways and a short drive to Great Yarmouth. It was the perfect base to explore Norfolk. Communication with the host was clear and well detailed. Thank you!

Lovely stay

Message while traveling to sight to say chalet would be ready 3 hours early, Nice surprise. Chalet beautifully clean and very well equipped. Easy to follow instructions for all amenities. Had a great week, weather amazing. Good situation, as easy to get to lots of different places. Although chalet close to road and on site pub, there was very little noise disturbance. Would definitely recommend.

Various

The heater in the double bedroom wouldn’t switch on we couldn’t check the plug behind the bed because I am a pensioner and my sister is disabled The toaster had crumbs in We didn’t like paying for the electricity but we didn’t use as much as we thought we would my sister stayed on the other side and didn’t pay for her electricity. It was just stressful for my family thinking the electric was running out All in all the property is a nice property and we enjoyed our stay

Dear Brenda Thank you for your review, we are glad you had a good stay however we do wish you had contacted us regarding the bedroom heater as we would have come out and switched it on for you as we would not have wanted you to have been uncomfortable, it must have been turned off by the previous guests. Apologies for the crumbs in the toaster our cleaner must have missed this, we always receive excellent reviews regarding the cleanliness of the property so this very unusual. We do clearly state in our details that the electric is payable by coin meter as it is on the whole of Sunbeach, this is set by the site owners and unfortunately we have no control over this arrangement but we are glad that it didn't cost you as much as you expected. Nice little find

Had a nice short break over the bank holiday with the kids. Up-on confirmation of booking, Dave and Claire promptly sent details on how to access the property getting there and general etiquette. The description and photo’s portray a fair view of the place and surrounding area. For me the only slight downside of the place was it’s proximity to Dutchys bar ( literally just behind the place) and the noise of the bands playing over the 3 nights was pretty loud. Having said that if I hadn’t had 2 young kids with me I’d probably be in there as one night was a ska and reggae night and another was a UB40 tribute. Maybe next time I won’t take them!!

Hi Darren, thank you for your review we are glad you enjoyed our chalet, it is unusual to hear loud music from Dutchys across the carpark and we have never had any issues reported to us before so we contacted the owner to find out why it was louder than usual, it appears that as it was a bank holiday weekend they had a fuller than normal entertainment package and they had good weather so the windows were open for ventilation they assure us that the music was turned down by 11pm - although we can understand with young children this may not be early enough so can only apologise if it disturbed them and hopefully now that we have mentioned that to the owners they will be more careful in future. Well equipped and comfortable

The chalet was extremely clean and tidy Comfortable arm chairs and sofa, beds were very clean and comfortable Kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed Owner was really nice and helpful Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again 5 stars

Easter egg hunt.

What a lovely chalet, clean, modern, and close to all amenities...everything was there, even an Easter Egg...that was a nice surprise, as my grandson, who is autistic, was asking all they way down about an Easter egg hunt...would recommend it..neighbours were great also....if there was anything to say it was no WiFi, for me thankfully, and maybe the TV could have been bigger.. grandson choice....thanks again

Hi Mary, thank you for your feedback We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us, we feel that a clean and comfortable chalet is important to our guests, and indeed ourselves, and take pride in spending extra time in making it so for you. We try to keep our prices down and not charge extra for pets or bed linen etc, so as the feedback from past guests has been that they enjoy having a family holiday spent without technology and gaming devices or are happy to use their own data from their phones etc ( there is a very good 4G signal on the site) when needed, we made the decision not to supply WiFi in the chalet but if our guests indicate in the future that they would be happy to pay extra for this service then we will look into it again. Sunbeach chalet

Very easy to book the holiday. We enjoyed our stay in the chalet which was very cosy and clean. We had everything we needed in the chalet and it is in a prime position for all amenities. We will keep the details for next season.
