wat rooskleurig
De omschrijving, zoals gegeven door de eigenaar is echt rooskleuriger dan in de praktijk.
Er zijn eigenlijk nauwelijks voorzieningen in de directe omgeving m.u.v. een uitstekende bakker op loopafstand. Het propvolle strand op circa 2 km is alleen geschikt voor bezoekers die van Zandvoort- omstandigheden houden.De woning was schoon en voorzien van de elementaire benodigdheden.
De 2 strandstoelen waren niet te gebruiken: de spijkers staken eruit en van de in totaal 17-18 beschikbare bankjes en stoelen waren er slechts 4 die fatsoenlijk zitcomfort hadden.
De eigenaar gaf aan alles te gaan vervangen maar hiervoor nog "geen tijd" te hebben gehad
Het zwembad was vervuild toen wij aankwamen. Bleek niet schoon te krijgen en daardoor de eerste 10 van 14 dagen niet te gebruiken. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was dus matig.

When we, Two couples end fifty, arrived at Villa Boutique the owner waited for us for a two week stay. He was very friendly and gave us some tips on places to be and go. What we already have noticed is that the pictures on the site are more beautiful and different than in reality. The furniture was in a very bad condition, 18 seats of which 4 are reasonable to sit on. There were no sun beds by the pool. Only two types of half-seated chairs and these were in such a bad condition that the nails were visible. When we reported to the owner, he told us that he had bought everything new but had no time to exchange the chairs and beds. He told us that he would exchange everything after our rental period. Why wait if you get complaints about it!!! Very customer friendly to us. We paid 210 euros a night! Price quality was not in proportion. However, he had time to look into the very bad state of the swimming pool water where we could not swim for 10 days. With these many visits he had time enough to place the new sunbeds by the pool. The owner has not done anything with our comments. He ignored us and he did not come with a reasonable compensation. In short, if all of this had been alright, we had a nice holiday with all the comforts of the villa. We only had a shower by the pool. You will understand that this was a one-time visit and we did not have any good memories of the villa and the owner Giuseppe.
