Great location, easy accessibility to convention center

The location was great and 1 miles from the convention center. Publix and Chick-fil-A are right around the corner. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Nice Vacation

Our place we great. Location was perfect. Carpet in master bedroom needs to be replaced or cleaned otherwise the place was super clean and very cozy.

Beautiful condo, great location

This condo is gorgeous, spacious, and a great location. We attended events at the convention center, as well as multiple theme parks, and found this condo to be the perfect location. We had three generations comfortably housed. Even an extra living room for our late night teenager. The grounds were beautifully kept. Great pool with fun arcade the kids enjoyed. I highly recommend this condo.

Spacious, clean, convenient and well maintained

Extra high ceilings, close to convention center & several parks, convenient trash removal, lovely grounds with walking/running path. Close to Publix, Dunkin’, Chikfila. Nice balcony to hang out and have coffee/drinks. Most importantly, very clean, no weird smells, just a great place to come back to after a long day and relax. Highly recommended, in fact, have already done so! Would absolutely return!

Great Condo..

Condo is wonderful and was perfect for our stay but it was not very clean upon arrival. Kitchen counters were dirty and there are dead bugs behind master door. There were hardly any towels...and only one washcloth in entire place. Would also be nice if there were Kleenex in bathrooms.

Clean, modern, spacious, wonderful!

My family—husband, me, daughter (age 17) and son (age 14)—stayed here for the week. We were in town for my son’s swim meet, which was near the convention center and only about 5-10 minutes from the condo. It’s also very close to Universal and SeaWorld—both about 15 mins. One day, we also drove up to Gainesville to visit Univ. of Florida with my daughter. The condo was stylish and clean. My son said his bed was so comfortable (memory foam?), he didn’t want to get out of it. 🤣 There was a huge TV (2 actually, although we only used one because my husband and I used the extra TV room as an “office” when we had to do some work.) The balcony is large and the furniture very comfy. Balcony view is of the parking lot, but it was actually fun to people watch, and just seeing the palm trees was enough for me. The pool is right behind the building, which was GREAT. I walked down there most days to sun myself and got a beer at the tiki bar once (open 11am-11pm). The only cons were minor: 1. The fitted sheet on the king bed was a little too small, so we had to keep pulling it back on. Minor. 2. Some days, there was a very bad odor in the hallway and elevator, probably from the trash (which people put in bins just outside their doors in the hallway). Some days, they’d spray, so it wasn’t bad. Other days, we had to hold our breath. That said, the smell NEVER permeated the condo. We’ve already decided we will definitely stay here again next time we have to stay near the convention center or Universal. LOVED it.

Wonderful condo and resort

Great stay at this very clean and spacious condo. MUCH larger than what the pictures show. Location to the pool, workout room and club house were about as close as you can get. I loved our stay at this beautiful and comfortable condo that was located near tons restaurants and close to all the parks. The entire family of five had a blast. I would definitely recomend this condo to those that are particular and spend days on end looking for the right place to stay.

Vista Cay getaway

Host was very professional. Unit was extremely nice and very clean. Complex was very nice. Not super fancy but very well maintained and very friendly staff. Easy commute to Parks and airport.

Great condo- awesome customer service!

This condo has a great open floor plan perfect for family entertaining, bedrooms are large, everything was very clean! The owners were very responsive and made accommodations for us that made our trip even more enjoyable! I would highly recommend this condo in Vista Cay! Large pool with bar and arcade was fun for the whole family!

Great Stay

This was the perfect place to stay for our children’s spring break vacation. Very clean & spacious. It looked just as it does online. We didn’t have any issues. We wanted to extend our stay but they were booked for the rest of the weekend. I’m not one to leave a review but this was well deserved.

Nice location, needs a good clean

Lin was an excellent and very responsive property owner. However, I must say that upon first glance the apartment appears very clean but unfortunately did not meet our standards. Both my husband and children have severe allergies to dust- they were sneezing, coughing and rubbing their eyes a lot while we were there. Once we returned home this was better. The floors were very dirty and we made Lin aware of this and she offered to have the cleaning service return to clean them. My husband had already cleaned them however. The location is great! Close to Walgreens that is open until midnight and grocery store that is open until 10pm. The convention center is a close Uber/Lyft ride. The gym is small and has no free weights but does have two treadmills. There is a nice walking path, basketball court, play structure/ play ground.

Wonderful condo

The condo was exactly as listed. It was very clean, and the entire resort was very well-maintained and modern. Everything went smoothly with booking and with check-in. The owners gave great dining recommendations (we particularly enjoyed Rocco’s Tacos), and the condo was conveniently located to Publix market and a nice diner for a great breakfast (7 minute walk). The condo was quiet; the pool area was fun without being crowded or overwhelming. The loop around the lake was great for morning exercise. The condo was a very comfortable size for our family of 6 (4 older kids)—we were actually impressed with how spacious it was. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony (even though it overlooked a parking lot). The multi-sport court was fun for basketball and a casual game of tennis—the clubhouse attendant set up the net and lent us rackets & tennis ball. Overall, a wonderful stay at this condo.

No heat no dryer

We had really cool weather and could not get the heating system and the dryer to work but Lin was so nice she dryed our clothes and came to our unit at 11pm. to help.

Ringing in 2020 in Orlando!

This property was very clean, well decorated and had plenty of space for our party of six. It was near the clubhouse, pool, game room and basketball courts, which my boys loved. We were able to get early check-in and the owners were available anytime we had a question. I would highly recommend this rental and this community.

Trip to vista cay resorts

One of the best accommodations that we have stayed at! Condo was beautiful and the pool was right next door to us. I would definitely stay here again. When they say check out time is 10am. Believe it! The key code changes at exactly 10am.

Ultimate Family resort

We had an amazing time at Vista Cay. Lin was really helpful and provided all the details and amenities we needed. we were visiting Orlando with our parents and this place was the perfect fit. We all had a comfortable and cozy place to crash after our long day of park visits.
