Ubicado en el primer piso de la popular comunidad familiar de Sandpiper Cove, junto a la playa. Ofrecemos servicio de playa con esta unidad de marzo a octubre para que pueda disfrutar del lujo de dos de sus sillas de playa privadas y una sombrilla.
* Mascota pequeña de menos de 20 libras solamente. ¡Absolutamente no gatos!

Esta unidad recientemente renovada en enero de 2019 cuenta con encimeras de granito y pisos de madera. Todo lo que necesitará y todo es NUEVO en esta cocina bien equipada que incluye electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable con horno doble. ¡La cocina soñada de un chef en la playa!

Nuestras amplias habitaciones y baños brindan un lujoso descanso y privacidad para toda la familia. La suite principal cuenta con una cama king con un colchón de espuma viscoelástica para mayor comodidad. Las dos camas individuales en la habitación de invitados también incluyen colchones de espuma viscoelástica. Para mayor comodidad de los huéspedes y toallas de playa, hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad.

Dé un corto paseo a las playas de azúcar blanca del Golfo de México, donde podrá disfrutar del cálido sol de Florida. Allí puede tomar una bebida fría o una comida caliente de Ricks Sandtrap (estacional) en su playa privada. We really loved our property, the location was absolutely perfect with just few min walk from our beach . Very spacious condo, plenty space for family of 4 , and i mean loads !! The kitchen was insanely well equipped having absolutely all you needed to use while cooking . Never seen it before and I was mega impressed. Minor complain but nothig that would impact our stayung as much , there were some stains on our quilts, especially the one in the main bedroom . I would suggest to definitely refresh them before next guests coming in . All together we loved it very much .

Disappointed There was hair in the bath tub and on the shower curtain. There was mouse droppings under the toaster. The toaster does not work properly, you had to toast one side of the bread and then turn it to toast the other side. The tv was difficult and mostly unusable in the living room. No clear instructions, too many remotes and the remotes were not clearly markedHave stayed in Sandpiper cove in the past but was not impressed with this condo….

Love sandpiper cove as it is NOT a high rise! It’s easy to get in and out of the condo, multiple pools, pickle ball courts, great restaurant, and a short drive or easy walk to the beautiful beach.

Conveniently located!

We’ve stayed in the property previously, but definitely love this unit the best! The property is conveniently located to everything you need and a quick walk to the beach. Beach service is included which is a big plus for us. The unit was spacious and clean! Only thing we would call out (if I had to nit pick) was that the remote for the living room tv didn’t work (probably needed new batteries) and that the sliding door was hard to open. Again this is just nit picking. Would definitely book again!

Not on the beach as advertised

The property was not very cleaned as there was human hair in the bathrooms, den and kitchen. The tv didn’t work properly and there were fruit flies everywhere.

Memorial day weekend

Location of the property is excellent. Brach access, security, local eatieries close by.The condo shows obvious wear and tear. There was on empty beer can left ober from previus sgay in the balcony. There were ants in the kitchen. We were there for a weekend and we enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our stay here! Thebarea of the condo is nice with the heated pools and hot close by! Not all the pools on property were heated but the main one was!

Beautiful stay in Destin

We have always loved Sand Piper Cove and Destin! We visit 2-4 times a year from Michigan. This condo was nice. The pictures made it look more updated than it was and the cleanliness wasn’t dirty to the look as all the surfaces were clean. However ,I’m a professional cleaner and the ceiling fan, light fixtures and bathroom fans were really full of dust and the main bath had stains on the shower curtain. Not a big deal if you don’t mind cleaning that but someone like me it stands out. However, the facility, and condo itself was great and we would definitely stay again at this unit. The beds were comfy, sheets and towels were clean, and the surfaces and floors were clean! The master bedroom was exceptionally big and the condo itself was very spacious! .It was me, my husband and 8 year old daughter and my mother joined for the second half of our trip

Great stay. No drama.

Property was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. My only very minor complaint was that the AC smelled a little moldy when we first turned it on. But after running a while it was fine.

Clean, beautiful, quick walk to the beach

Amazing house for the price. Super clean, close to the beach. Quick walk to the beach. Beach umbrella/chair service was perfect and we didn’t need to bring anything. Easy parking and even free beach parking included. Beautiful property with a restaurant and marina there. Security staff super friendly. Would be nice to have better tv choices in bedrooms and some silverware, hair dryer were rusted. Overall amazing vacation. Thanks!

Great place

Let me start by saying I did not choose this place. I prefer an ocean view. With that being said, I did love the location and beach access. The response from the owners was very quick and they were so nice. The place was clean and cute. I would stay again.

Great family condo with all the amenities

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. They thought of everything. Very comfortable, clean, and a close walk to the beach. Also, a short, easy drive with lots of easy parking if you’re carrying a cooler and extras to the beach. The included umbrella and chairs were nice, and rinse off station at the beach worked perfectly. They also had community beach boards, pails for sand castles, and a water football. We played pickleball and enjoyed the pool located around the corner from us. A great family vacation with lots of memories for us all.

Nice space!

We had a great time in this rental. Overall, the important parts were very clean. Upon arrival, we reported some prior damage issues with the floor area baseboards (dirt, wear, & tear). The company was happy that we reported, so they could fix it in the future. We've stayed in multiple units at Sandpiper Cove, and this one was the most spacious so far. It is close to the pool and beach, and it is a good unit for family. The beds were comfortable, and we had a good time.

Last vaca of summer

The condo was a great place to stay. Easy beach access, great security management, great property management. The condo was super clean. When had an issue one night where the drain line to the AC got clogged and it was cooling. I called the manager with the ”emergency” and that’s y had someone out to fix it ASAP! And it was 9pm when it happened. It was also the perfect size for our family if 4!!!

Family Summer Vacation

Very Good, Nice & Family friendly especially with my kids. Its was fun relaxing at the beach, pool, did a little golf, hangout in the canal, and just relaxed mostly all day at the beach. It was a fun relaxing vacation.
