House needs some love. Deck railing very loose, mattresses need to be replaced, downstairs jack in Jill bathroom has no locks so very uncomfortable and no privacy.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry that some aspects of your stay weren’t as comfortable as they should have been. I’ve heard your concerns and have already started working on the issues you raised. After inspecting the bed, we discovered a broken wooden slat in the frame, which likely explains why the mattress felt uncomfortable. We’re addressing that. The railing is designed to be removable, which accounts for the movement you noticed, but it is safe to use. I understand why it caused concern and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We also replaced the Jack and Jill bathroom locks after children accidentally locked themselves inside. We made that change for safety, though I understand the importance of bathroom privacy and appreciate your feedback. Thank you again for helping us improve the experience for our guests.

We are repeat guests at the Capone's Cabin located at Serene Lakes. We take three generations (ages 4 - 74) and everyone has a wonderful time! Thanks to Cynthia and her family for promptly answering any small questions we might have. What a great cabin in a gorgeous location! Thank You!

The property was exactly as described. There was plenty of space to accommodate our family trip of 13 people, adults and kids. The cabin had a beautiful view of the water to wake up to in the morning. The host was very accommodating when we had to switch our travel dates due to winter storms and always quick with responses to messages.

Cozy cabin that's great for large gathering. The lost with bunks was the best! Kids had a fun sleepover. Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of seating throughout.

We have stayed here annually for several years. Fits our group (3 generations, lots of kids) well for sleeping and eating. Enjoyed the sleds and the hill and the bikes and hikes. Less snow than usual after a warm March, so we enjoyed new aspects of the area. We then got almost a foot over 2 days. Gloriously beautiful! Hosts always helpful

Great Stay

The house is well located and outfitted for both convenience and play. We had the best sledding ever in back of the house. It is a great place for a winter stay.

Summer family getaway

This cabin has a wonderful location on a quiet lake with beautiful hiking/ biking trails nearby. We enjoyed the beach and being out on the water.

Had a nice time. Place is situated right across the street from the lake. Plenty of room for 12+ people and nice place to cook and grill, especially out on the patio

Great Snow Getaway Spot

An absolutely wonderful spot, especially for families! Well-stocked kitchen, comfy cozy EVERYTHING, well located. Bunk bed loft was fabulous. Cannot recommend highly enough :)

Great Home and Area to Visit

This home works perfectly for our extended family (ages 5 months to 70 years). The community feels safe and is lovely, and has and abundance of fun summer activities for all ages.

Great location and cabin

Love the place and the locations but this was the first time I was at a place that required us to strip the beddings. Overall great experience!

Thanks for renting with us. We have included bed-striping as part of our check-out process because there are 10 beds total and the amount of time it takes for the housecleaners to wash/set and clean the whole house can be tricky when the next renters check-in at 4pm. It leaves little time for any problems that may arise. So really it's about getting it turned around faster for the next guests coming in. Thanks for understanding!

Wonderful house for a family mountain trip!

This house was perfect for a few families. The kids had fun sledding in the back yard, playing at the nearby soda springs resort and checking out the icy lake. Would certainly come back here again!

I've stayed at the Capone house before and had a lovely time again. This is an older house with functional appliances and a well-equipped kitchen. I will come here again.

Winter wonderland

Our group of 4 families enjoyed the area and the house. There is walking, skiing and snow play close by, a well-equipped kitchen with a large table and lots of DVDs to watch in the cozy living room with a lovely balcony and view on the snowy forest and lake.
