Impresionante apartamento tipo loft reformado en un estilo moderno y contemporáneo con 3 habitaciones espaciosas, 1 baño privado, 1 baño familiar con bañera independiente de estilo victoriano, lavabo e inodoro originales y un inodoro separado.

Enorme salón / comedor de planta abierta con sofá de cuero y sillones, también una zona de estar de bajo nivel con TV con DVD y canales gratuitos en el Reino Unido (ideal para niños y adolescentes). Cocina moderna bien equipada con todas las comodidades, lavavajillas, microondas , horno ventilador y placa halógena. Hay una lavadora comunitaria.

Los asientos al aire libre se proporcionan en la terraza soleada con impresionantes vistas de las montañas, el lago y sus alrededores.

El establecimiento cuenta con un gran jardín con aparcamiento en la calle, barbacoa y zonas de estar con cómodas tumbonas.

El lago está al otro lado de la carretera y es fácilmente accesible para nadar. La pista para bicicletas hasta el centro de Annecy y otros pueblos y playas se encuentra a 250 metros del establecimiento. Las tiendas locales Bares y servicios y el puerto de Bout de lac están a menos de 5 minutos.
El pueblo de Doussard está a 5 minutos en coche y tiene buenos saltos y cafés franceses locales y un mercado de verano muy agradable los lunes

El ferry a Annecy recorre el lago y sale del pintoresco puerto de Bout du lac, también se pueden alquilar todo tipo de botes y tablas de paddle desde el club de vela aquí junto con lecciones en todos los deportes acuáticos.

Excelente alquiler de bicicletas disponible muy cerca de la propiedad.

Comer fuera es fácil ya que los mejores restaurantes, cafés informales y pizzas para llevar están a poca distancia a pie, la tienda de la granja que vende productos locales y comida vegetariana también muy cerca de la casa

The accommodation is beautiful. The roof beams made it particularly lovely (although the taller member of our group did bang his head on them). We particularly enjoyed the terrace with a stunning view of the mountains (and a partial view of the lake). The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We loved the little beach right by our accommodation and we also liked the main beach a short walk away.

villa Anne-Marie exceeded expectations again

A superb place to spend your holiday if you are after a place close to the lake (quiet beach less than 5 mins walk away), if you like cycling (the popular cycling route is 2 mins away), hiking (spoilt for choice of routes). However, what sets this place apart is the lovely apartment and very friendly owners. Just be careful of the low beam (two carved ducks do act as a reminder!).

Nice place to stay

We had a really nice week at this place. A large livingroom/kitchen with enough space for the kids. It's true, it's next to the main road but our children slept very well with closed windows (and open doors). Unfortunately the internet (WLAN and LTE) was extremly slow and not usable for watching movies. A mixer in the kitchen would be a marvellous feature...

Beautiful apartment and views

We stayed 9 days in the apartment. It has everything we needed and was so comfortable. Ceilings are low in places so watch your head. There is access to the lake literally 2 minutes from the house and the larger beach is a 10 minute walk. There is a bus stop right outside but this is not the free bus but it will take you to Annecy. The only drawback of the apartment is that it is close to a busy road so can be noisy. Yvonne was so helpful and responsive to our questions. Great views from the balcony and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for all kind of activities

We spent there 10 perfect days. The property is located nearly directly at the see (one needs only to cross the main street), the small public beach is only 50 m away. The cycling "highway" is also nearly directly accessible. With parking has fuctioned also wery well, with 1 car is no problems but with 2 long cars one need sure instinct. All possible household aids are available, it makes the stay very comfortable. The only one thing - waste disposal; it is located truly ca. 300 m away and you need to walk or to drive there. A bit inconvinient but the property cannot be held responsible for this. Taken as a whole this is a lovely pleace where we would gladly come back again!Thank you Yvonne for the nice stay!

Fabulous Apartment close to lake.

The accommodations was brilliant . Full of character and absolutely huge . Pizza shop around the corner, convenient parking and lake just over the road . Lovely welcome when we arrived and Yvonne was a fountain of local knowledge. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.

Logement très bien situé pour accès plage, cuisine et salon très bien équipés , jolie propriété. Seul bémol fenêtres ouvertes trop bruyant avec la route et hauteurs sous plafond trop basse...( loft)

Philippe, thank you for your review I’m pleased that you appreciated the proximity of the house to the lake , of course the road that circles the lake can’t be avoided if you wish to be near to the water , I’m sure you also appreciated the high standard of the accommodation and the excellent value for money , one bedroom does have a low ceiling to one side but seeing as the room is large it doesn’t normally effect moving around !

We had a great stay in this flat. Only in some spaces in the flat the ceiling or the wooden planks are quite low. Also the road is a bit loud. But the flat is very close to the lake and with the bicycles it is not far to the next bakeries. I can recommend this appartment!

Excellent property in great location

Well appointed property in a great location very close to Lake Annecy at the Southern end. Great kitchen and balcony to eat outside. Nice shared gardens. Just note that the ceiling beams are quite low in places and you need to remember to stoop at times! Can be noisy as close to main road but it didn’t bother us. A great place to stay.

Great apartment in a beautiful area

This is a lovely apartment consisting of the entire top floor of a large detached building. Well equipped and nicely situated within walking distance of a beach and easy driving distance of many great tourist attractions. Yvonne was very helpful and friendly when we needed her too. The ceiling is a little low in parts, I'm only 5'10" and had to duck a lot but it's no big deal. Would definitely stay again if coming back to the area.

Very, very pleasant appartment

We stayed in the lovely and spacious loft appartment. It is very well quipped and we enjoyed our dinners at the balcony. Having the lake within walking distance made it possible to go for several swims during the day. The traffic noise from the road was a bit loud, but it would not prevent us from coming back!

We had a fantastic stay in Villa Anne-Marie! All the mod cons you could need & in the perfect location! Just a stones throw from Lake Anncey - beautiful! From the moment we booked it, Yvonne was super helpful and friendly - thank you for all your recommendations and advice! Will definitely be booking again - see you next year!

Villa Anne marie was purchased from madame Anne Marie pianasani by Carl and Yvonne as a derelict house in 2002, we are only the 2nd owners of this lovely property and have loving renovated the building into 2 stunning apartments ,we ourselves love the house and its surrounds and enjoy sharing it with our visitors,we live in the French alps with our two teenage daughters and jack russel, scooby .We have been in France for 20 yrs

the apartments are very spacious, well equipped and designed as homes not just rental apartments, we have kept many original features of the house, including things like framed magazines which were found in the building from 1911, I think the love put into the renovation makes it a special place to stay!

The proximity to the lake and cycle path , stunning views space and freedom of the house offers our guests a very enjoyable holiday,
Canadian canoe is available for guests use too, the port of bout du lac and the village summer markets make this a great place to stay.
The ferry boat that tours the lake stops very close by too.
