Nuestros apartamentos están ubicados en una casa tirolesa bellamente restaurada del siglo XVII. Los apartamentos decorados individualmente y con amor combinan el estilo tradicional de los siglos pasados con las comodidades modernas. Los materiales naturales de alta calidad y la tecnología moderna combinados con el estilo histórico de nuestra casa la convierten en su hogar de vacaciones ideal.
En invierno, el valle de Stubai es una de las mejores estaciones de esquí de los Alpes. Cuatro áreas de esquí (Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Elfer, Serles) alrededor de nuestro apartamento de vacaciones ofrecen condiciones ideales para los deportes de invierno. Se puede acceder fácilmente a todas las áreas en pocos minutos en coche o en el autobús de esquí gratuito. Estacion 1 min. ¡de la casa!
En verano encontrará el punto de partida ideal para practicar senderismo, escalada y ciclismo. Comience directamente desde la puerta de entrada a caminatas de ocio o escaladas exigentes. No necesita su automóvil para sus actividades, puede dejarlo seguro en su estacionamiento privado frente a la casa.

Nuestro generoso apartamento "Bergblick" con su inconfundible estilo tirolés transmite el ambiente y la tradición únicos de nuestra casa histórica. Ofrece 52 m2 de alojamiento confortable para 2-5 personas.

Cocina moderna y totalmente equipada con encimera de cerámica (4 placas), nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, cafetera, hervidor eléctrico, tostadora, microondas.
Amplia sala de estar con rincón comedor confortable para 6, sofá de esquina y TV de pantalla plana

A pedido, una panadería tirolesa puede entregarle todos los días panecillos para el desayuno,
a la vuelta de la esquina se encuentra una tienda (pequeña tienda de gangas). Dos restaurantes se encuentran a unos dos minutos a pie de la casa.
Hay un espacio de estacionamiento gratuito disponible, así como un jardín soleado con sillas de jardín y un patio para relajarse, disfrutar del sol y comer.
Dos bicicletas de montaña y dos trineos pertenecen a la casa; puede usarlos en cualquier momento de forma gratuita.

Snowboard trip

We had a wonderful stay in Telfes. The apartment was recently renovated with high end finishing. The unit was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Carole was great to deal with. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Excellent location

I have stayed for two weeks in July 2019. This is my second vacation at this property. The apartment has been remodeled on a high standard and everything was as described on its web-site. The bathroom has a shower, 2 sinks and a separate toilet in the bathroom. There is a fully functional kitchen and everything worked as expected. I could connect my laptop computer to the internet, and I could use Skype all the time. The apartment is clean, spacious, quiet, and well designed. There are many international-TV channels. The owner speaks different languages (english, french, italian, german, dutch) and she has been very helpful to make my vacation a very pleasant experience. The location is really wonderful. Next time I come to Tyrol I will try again this apartment again. J'ai séjourné pendant deux semaines en juillet 2019. C'est la deuxième fois que je sois venu ici. L'appartement a été rénové à un niveau supérieur et tout était comme décrit sur son site web. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche, deux lavabos et une toilette séparée. Il y a une cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle et tout a fonctionné comme prévu. Je pouvais brancher mon ordinateur portable à l'internet, et je pouvais utiliser Skype tout le temps. L'appartement est propre, spacieux, calme et bien conçu. Il existe de nombreuses chaînes de télévision internationales. La propriétaire parle différentes langues (anglais, français, italien, allemand, néerlandais) et elle a fait des efforts considérables afin que mes vacances soient une expérience très agréable. L'emplacement est vraiment génial. La prochaine fois que je viendrai au Tyrol, j'essaierai de nouveau cet appartement.

Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne vorweihnachtliche Tage in Telfes in der tollen Ferienwohnung „Bergblick“ verbringen dürfen. Es war alles perfekt: die sehr ruhige Lage, das besonders schön renovierte alte Haus, die tolle Ausstattung, die sehr geschmackvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung, der Wohn- und Essbereich war sogar sehr schön weihnachtlich geschmückt, der sehr liebe und freundliche Empfang von Carole, einfach alles! Auch die guten Tipps von Carole waren sehr hilfreich, und haben zu einem gelungenen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Wir haben uns SEHR wohl gefühlt, und kommen bestimmt wieder (das nächste Mal dann im Sommer zum Mountainbiken :) Wir freuen uns schon und wünschen der lieben Familie Pircher-Maes schöne Weihnachten und einen guten Rutsch!

Ein Traum der in Erfüllung gegangen ist!!!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in Telfes/Innsbruck. Die Wohnung ist hoch zu empfehlen. Es wohnt sich so gemütlich. Alles ist einfach top. Die Eigentümer sind SEHR nett und hilfsbereit! Auch ist die Wohnung so schön gelegen. Herrlich dicht an so viele Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Toller Herbsturlaub im Stubaital

Wir haben unseren Herbsturlaub im schönen Telfes im Stubaital verbracht und haben in der Wohnung „ Bergblick“ gewohnt. Die Wohnung war super. Schön groß, sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Garten, den man nutzen kann. Es steht genügend Informationsmaterial aus der Umgebung zur Verfügung um noch den ein oder anderen Ausflug zu planen. Carole, die Vermieterin, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In ca. 5 Gehminuten gibt es einen kleinen Sparmarkt. Hier kann man morgens lecker Brötchen kaufen. Zu empfehlen ist auch das Schwimmbad „Stubay“. Es ist wirklich toll. Die Rutsche mit den Reifen fanden die Kinder total spitze. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Carole für die schönen Tage. LG Guido, Petra und die Kinder

Great stay in Telfes

We spent a fantastic week in the Alpenlodge apartment in August 2016. The apartment is well equipped and a pleasant space, and has a lovely garden in which you can eat, kids can play, or you can just sunbathe. The property is close to Telfes tram station, giving access to Innsbruck and to Fulpmes further up the valley. The Schlick 2000 lift is within walking distance (though not so close) and there are good bus links. So there is no need for a car. The owner - Carol - is very helpful when required, but is not over-present. Alpenlodge felt like our own holiday home - and we want to go back!

The best of the best...stay here!

What a lovely spot. Can't find enough good adjectives in my vocabulary to describe it. Stayed here for a month while taking beginner level German courses in Innsbruck. Convenient location to WIFI...and just outside of the hustle and bustle of Innsbruck. Telfes is a lovely little town with character and a quiet, calming spirit. Carole, the owner, is an amazing host - she was warm and welcoming, and even took me up to Pfarrachalm for a hike as well as the Schlicker Alm for a mountain bike tour. The 2-bedroom apartment is spacious, well-equipped, well-designed and has free, fast wifi and free parking. Stay here for a romantic, friend, family or solo getaway! Definitely recommend.

Perfect apartment

We stayed in this 2 bedroom apartment for 5 weeks using it as our base of operations. The house has been in the same family for 400 years as exudes charm.The local grocer is about 5 minutes on foot and the tram to Innsbruck or Fulpmes is about 7 minutes away on foot. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The last 2 weeks my 3 children and their children came so we occupied all 3 apartments. Carole and her family were such a great help- from taking us to Fulpmes to get some medicine for the baby and also to a restaurant for dinner. There is a wonderful fish restaurant that you can walk to through the fields on a path by the river. The walk there was beautiful- thru the woods and along a stream. I felt like a real native!. Carole's 2 daughters babysat several nights for us so we could all go to dinner. The entire family was very helpful to us. We loved being there .

Immaculate, ideally located apartment

We stayed in the Bergblick apartment for a week at the end of October, catching the autumn sun while also being able to enjoy the snow at the top of the Stubai glacier. The apartment's location in Telfes is ideal for day trips down to Innsbruck and surrounds as well as up the valley for hiking. It's peaceful in the village, not as busy as higher up the valley. The apartment itself is immaculately kept and fully equipped for self-catering. It's a pleasure to come home to after a day's activities and just relax. Our hostess, Carole, was really friendly and helpful with tips for things to do and where to get fresh milk, eggs and vegetables. We highly recommend this apartment!

Wie zu Hause

Supertolle Ferienwohnung! Haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Carole hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war immer eine gute Ansprechpartnerin, auch für Tipps rund ums Stubaital. Einkaufsmarkt ist direkt ums Eck und an manchen Tagen kann man beim Bauer einkaufen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und empfehlen es wärmstens weiter. Danke Carole.

Lovely apartment , beautiful views ,wonderful host

Modern clean apartment.looking out over the mountains and the valley.Brilliant looking out of the apartment windows watching the different colours of the mountains as the light and shade moved across them.Drove down the valley to the end, encountering villages, waterfalls, roaring rivers ,herds of goats and cows their bells ringing as they strolled along . Carole - the hostess, went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable,telling us about the various places and opportunities available around the district. Would recommend this property and owner to anyone who wants a taste of the real Austria

Séjour à Telfes/ Stubai idéal pour visite du Tyrol

Pour un premier séjour au Tyrol nous avions programmé randonnées et visite du Tyrol .Nous avons choisi cette location pour sa situation et parce que la propriétaire que j'ai eu ligne parlait parfaitement français. L'endroit s'est avéré parfait : un vrai village à 20mn d'innsbruck et de la vallée de l'Inn ( autoroute à moins de 10mn) ce qui nous a permis d'aller une journée à Salzbourg. Superbes randonnées dans la vallée du Stubai .Carole notre hotesse est très accueillante et de bon conseil pour de belles randonnées . Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement au 1er étage avec le jardin en face . Il est calme , spacieux, confortable, très propre, avec une vue sur le village et la montagne: Idéal de 2 à 4 personnes. Et lorsque nous retournerons au Tyrol , nous ne chercherons pas ailleurs! 5 étoiles sans aucune hésitation.

Rundum glücklich - toller Skiurlaub

Schon vor unserer Anreise hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Carole. Sie hat uns alle wichtigen Informationen zur Umgebung und zum Skigebiet gegeben und uns über das aktuelle Wetter und die Veranstalungen in unserem Reisezeitraum auf dem laufenden gehalten. Unsere Ferienwohnung war perfekt ausgestattet, mit viel Liebe renoviert und wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an zuhause gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Skigebiet ist ideal und nach einem tollen Skitag kann man in absoluter Ruhe enstpannen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Restaurant sind 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Familien. Auch das Skigebiet ist sehr gut. Nicht überlaufen und mit Pisten für jeden Geschmack. Und die Kinderskischue ist mittendrin. Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Urlaub. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal bei Carole und ihrer sympatische Familie. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Chez Carole vous passer un séjour exceptionnel

Situé au cœur du village de Telfes Im stubai, très bel appartement, calme, très bien équipé et aménagé avec beaucoup goût. Carole la propriétaire est très à l’écoute et toujours prête à rendre service, elle parle le Français couramment, les villageois sont très accueillants, les différents paysages vus de l’appartement sont magnifiques. Les plus ; station de ski Schlick 2000 à proximité, gare (train pour Innsbruck) et commerce à 3 minutes, accès très facile en voiture et finalement pas très loin de la France, nombreux chemins de randonnée. Grande surface à Fulpmes. Un vrai dépaysement à un coût très raisonnable, nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour et espérons avoir l’opportunité d’y retourner.

Très chouette

Nous sommes enchantés de notre semaine passée dans l'appartement de Carole à Telfes. Il est spacieux et bien équipé, les lits sont excellents. Carole est délicieuse, elle nous a donné toutes les infos que l'on souhaitait en français. La maison est bien située pour visiter la vallée de Stubai où les randonnées sont nombreuses et superbes. Super adresse.

Location idéale !

Une très bonne adresse, dans une belle maison tyrolienne dans un joli village typique, au calme, avec vue sur la montagne. Glorious views everywhere.

Wonderfully picturesque house, grounds and surrounding area. Apartment very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Stunning view from the lounge windows.Hosts extremely helpful and friendly. A spacious and comfortable apartment in Telfes

We stayed in this apartment for one week of extensive hiking in the Stubaier Alps with our 2 adult children. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Carole showed us where we could buy milk, fruits, vegetables, bread and cheese directly from an organic farm only minutes away. Also, a small grocery store is just around the corner. The area is breathtakingly beautiful and has many opportunities for hiking. Carole has brochures available and we also bought a map of the area which showed the many hiking trails. We liked especially about Telfes that it is still a "real" village with working farms. We definitely recommend this apartment, Telfes, and the Stubaier Alps to anyone who wants to experience this beautiful area.

schöner Winterurlaub

Zum zweiten Mal hintereinander verbrachten wir als Familie unseren Winterurlaub in Telfes bei Familie Pircher-Maes. Die Fewo ist liebevoll eingerichtet und schön dekoriert. In der Fewo selber ist alles vorhanden, was benötig wird. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufgeschlossen und haben für Fragen und Anliegen stets ein offenes Ohr. Für uns ganz wichtig ist, dass die Skibushaltestelle nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt liegt. Der kleine "Tante Emma-Laden" um die Ecke hat alles Notwendige, so dass das Auto getrost eine Woche stehen bleiben kann. Da wir uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt haben, freuen wir uns auf ein Wiedersehen im Februar 2015 und haben bereits wieder gebucht.

Beautiful apartment in the alps

The apartment was wonderful, and the town of Telfes a delightful summer destination. Hiking trails in the area were too numerous to enjoy in a week, but we were able to make day trips to Salzberg and the Italian alps during our weeklong stay. Our hosts were more than generous, spoke perfect English - and provided helpful information about the area without being intrusive. Carole even baked my husband a traditional birthday cake when we were there. It was a perfect summer holiday for our family of five – and one we will long remember.

Wonderful Tyrol vacation

I have stayed for four weeks in July/August 2013. Everything was the way it had been described on the web-site. I could connect my laptop computer to the internet, and I could use Skype all the time (24/7). The apartment is clean, spacious, quiet, and well designed. Every week I received clean sheets (for the bed) and towels. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is a kitchen and everything worked as expected. There are many international-TV channels. The owner speaks different languages (english, french, italian, german) and she has been very helpful to make my vacation a very pleasant experience. The location is really wonderful. Next time I come to Tyrol I will try again this apartment again. J'ai séjourné pendant quatre semaines en Juillet / Août 2013. Tout était comme il avait été décrit sur le site web. Je pouvais brancher mon ordinateur portable à l'internet, et je pouvais utiliser Skype tout le temps (24/7). L'appartement est propre, spacieux, calme et bien conçu. Chaque semaine, j'ai reçu des draps propres (pour le lit) et serviettes. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche, lavabo et toilette. La cuisine a fonctionné comme prévu. Il y a beaucoup de chaînes de télévision. La propriétaire parle différentes langues (français, anglais, italien, allemand) et elle a fait des efforts pour que mes vacances soient une expérience très agréable. L'emplacement est vraiment merveilleux. La prochaine fois que je viens en Tyrol je vais essayer de nouveau cet appartement.

sejour a telfes chez Carole

Un magnifique souvenir de notre séjour chez Carole!Carole est disponible et d une très grande gentillesse nous a aide dans nos choix de visites ,elle parle très bien français et a pu répondre a toutes nos questions sur la culture Autrichienne.l appartement correspond en tout point a la description il est même plus grand qu il n y parait! Quant au Tyrol et bien c est tout simplement magnifique Télfes estbien situe au calme mais proche d Innsbruck .c est une location idéale avec une hôte idéale! Nous reviendrons c est certain!!!je recommande surtout aux habitues de la ville ma fille de 6 ans ne voulait plus rentrer!! Que des ++++++++!!!!!

Vacances de Rêves

Excellente location, idéalement située pour visites randonnées etc... Les propriétaires sont très gentils et Carole parle couramment le français ( ce qui est un plus considérable quand on ne parle pas Allemand ou Autrichien). Le Tirol est très nature et préservé avec ses cascades ,ses vaches et ses patûrages, ces maisons typiques, le folklore , la gastronomie , les spécialités etc... enfin tout y est pour vous faire passer des vacances de rêves. Une chose est sûr......on reviendra. Fabrice Nathalie et les enfants
