Chalet Ardoisière tiene 3 pisos y comprende lo siguiente:

Acceso a la planta baja desde la propia puerta de entrada. Porche con entrada independiente y local de esquí privado. Vestíbulo con secador de botas y almacenamiento de ropa de esquí y cuarto de baño con inodoro. Salón / comedor de planta abierta con cómodos sofás, TV LED HD por cable y satélite, DVD, iPod, WiFi; gran balcón orientado al sur con tumbonas y barbacoa; cocina totalmente equipada muy bien equipada que incluye horno de tamaño completo, placa de inducción de 4 fuegos, microondas, frigorífico / congelador americano, lavavajillas, hervidor eléctrico, tostadora, fondue y máquinas de racletter.

Escaleras que conducen al primer piso con dormitorio doble bien equipado y entrepiso con 1 o 2 camas individuales, balcón orientado al sur y baño de lujo con ducha y WC.


Con 90 m2 con 4 dormitorios y 4 baños / duchas, este hermoso chalet distribuido en 3 plantas es ideal para familias y amigos por igual. Es lo suficientemente pequeño para la ocupación exclusiva de 1 o 2 familias, pero ofrece todas las ventajas de un chalet con acceso a la planta baja desde su propia puerta principal.

Con su propia puerta de entrada que se abre directamente a la nieve, el Chalet Ardoisière es verdaderamente ski-in / ski-out, pero todas las instalaciones del pueblo lleno de diversión de Avoriaz, que incluyen cafeterías, restaurantes, escuelas de esquí, trineos, tiendas y supermercados están en mano.

Lovely chalet with all you need in a peaceful location

Great reps in Cas and Hannah who were very responsive. Chalet is lovely and has all kitchen stuff needed including great coffee machine. Beds were comfortable ( often not the case in rentals) and plenty of space. Sauna was enjoyed and highlight was the amazing view from the hot tub Nothing

Superb location, excellent chalet.

We had a few teething problems but the excellent staff were always quick and super efficient at sorting anything out. I would love to employ them in my business!! A fantastic chalet with amazing position close to the cliff overlooking the valley to Morzine. There could have been better instructions on how things worked etc.

the location, the interior, sauna and hot bath tub TV - we could not find a french channel the kitchen is well equipped and in good shape - except the oven equipment- old and not clean. Also the mixer is british and not suited for french/ european standards

All our ovens are pyrolytic and are cleaned between each guest so I am very sorry if this was overlooked on this occasion - it is not our norm. There should have been an EU adapter plug on the mixer - thank you for alerting us that this has gone missing - we will replace immediately. We do hope you will return to stay with us in Avoriaz.

Fabulous!

We had a truly fabulous week in Chalet Ardoisiere! Nikki and Hannah were extremely helpful and many thanks to them both for their patience with us and our many questions about the needs of our three little grandchildren (age 1, 2 and 3). The chalet was perfect for our family, excellent location, very well equipped, cozy, warm and comfortable! The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 for accommodation is because my husband and I volunteered to sleep in the twin beds on the mezzanine (being kind Granny and Grammy and allowing the babies to be in with mummy and daddy) … it was a little lacking in space and privacy but really not a problem! Nothing!

Beautiful Chalet and incredible views!

We've stayed with Avoriaz Chalets for multiple years now, and our favourite of their properties has got to be Chalet Ardoisière. It's welcoming, modern alpine interior, fully equipped modern kitchen (a rarity we've found with other rentals), and its lounge - great for spending evenings together as a family playing gameswatching a film - all lend themselves to this incredibly homely chalet But something that really makes this chalet special is its views of the mountain - situated by the la Falaise, it has the most amazing uninterrupted views, at any time of day, although catching the sunsets are particularly mesmerising. What's even more incredible though, is enjoying a spectacular sunset in the heart of the Alps, whilst unwinding in their outdoor hot tub at the end of the day - it doesn't really get any better than that! I would absolutely recommend Avoriaz Chalets (and Chalet Ardoisière) to anyone wishing a spectacular holiday, with Nikki, Philip & the team always available to offer a helpful hand with every stage of our holiday, I can't wait to return again!

The best snow holiday anyone could ever dream of!

Every time we come up to Avoriaz is like the first time, its magic, the atmosphere, the snow, the horse carriages, the lights on the trees. its something you have to experience personally, it's hard to describe it in words. Been coming up for almost 9 years now and will keep it up. Avoriaz Chalets is the best choice because the properties are self catered, ski in ski out, luxury alpine accommodations. Clean, up to date appliances, fibre optics internet connection, amazing mattresses, clean cosy bathrooms and everything is in walking distance...what else can you ask for? seriously what else can you ask for? good weather and good snow but ok lets face it...it out of the owners hands ahahah if during the stay you need anything at all the staff is just a whatsapp message away, they can sort out your lift passes, your ski hire and if you need it they will find you a babysitter...I just call that top service.

Exceptional, more than what we could've hoped for!

This is my first Home Away review because it was truly the best holiday we've been on and was seamless from start to finish and we owe it to Avoriaz Chalets for the attention and care we received and their unbelievable service. Firstly we arrived in Geneva Airport with our transfer taking all 8 of us straight to Avoriaz where Nikki met us and showed us to the chalet and gave us our ski passes she'd bought before our arrival so no ski time would be wasted- totally unexpected and amazing. The location is central and everything is within walking distance. There’s a quintessential French bakery a stone throw's away meaning we could quickly get freshly baked croissants and French pastries in the morning for breakfast. There are plenty of good restaurants next to the chalet as well as a supermarket for when we wanted to dine in. You step out of the chalet onto a piste which is on a slight decline so stepping out onto your skis first thing was brilliant. There's a large area to keep your skis and plenty of heated racks to dry boots and gloves. The chalet has its own private outdoor jacuzzi which can't be seen by neighbours and overlooks the mountains which are lit up at night along with many christmas trees in the centre. It was heavenly having the snow fall around us or in the sun, but at night was the best. There's also a sauna with a spacious shower attached. The decor of the chalet is idyllic, yet all the facilities are clearly recently renovated with everything working. My favourite part was the tap which had boiling water: perfect for packing flasks of hot choccy/tea for drinking out on the slopes. We frequently ski and were surprised at the wide range and number of pistes available in the Avoriaz region. There's something for all levels and the best off-piste we've come across. For New Year’s Eve, Nikki had recommended and booked a restaurant on our behalf prior to our arrival, which was perfect. We've never been on a holiday and had to put in as little effort we did, Nikki and her team truly went above and beyond. Nikki also left little somethings under the decorated Christmas tree that awaited us so again, thank you! The Avoriaz Chalets team picked up the phone whenever we rang and were always there for us. Nikki speaks several languages so kindly sorted something we wanted to do in Geneva after our trip on the phone. For a mother who's used to doing everything and managing it all, I haven't felt this relaxed and stress-free in a long time.

Lovely place to stay for a ski holiday

I really enjoyed staying at this chalet. It is beautiful and cozy, with great views of the mountains. I loved that I could walk outside and immediately start to ski! Having a private hot tub and sauna to use after skiing all day was such a nice treat. Highly recommend!

Chalet, location and service exceeded expectations

The chalet owner was extremely helpful - before we travelled to Avoriaz I had a number of questions related to the chalet layout, airport transfers, ski-hire, lift-passes, restaurants, etc ... you can just imagine since we had not stayed there before .. Nikki replied to my emails almost immediately with all the information I asked for. Nikki also arranged all the transfers to and from Geneva (along with a few changes on my part I may add) which all worked like a dream. A welcome bottle of wine along with a tour of their beautiful chalet on our arrival as well as a quick review of the amenities - 3D TV, Hot Tub on a deck overlooking the mountains(!), Sauna, fab kitchen with American style fridge, etc! The location of the chalet could not have been more ideal - perfect ski in and ski out to the door-step with ski locker right at the front door and heated boot rack just behind. The local shops and restaurants were only a short walk away - including a superb Patesserie which was open from 7am for lovely warm croissants, bread, etc for breakfast! We had a great holiday - the chalet really made it for us - Avoriaz is a superb place to ski - we will definitely be back!

Best Chalet in Avoriaz

This was our second stay at what can only be described as the exceptional Chalet Ardoisière; exceptional location, exceptional facilities, exceptional stay. Where else in the Alps can you ski in and ski out, then sit in your own hot tub relaxing at the end of a day's skiing, piste-side, admiring the slopes you had tackled that day. This Chalet offers a Millionaires lifestyle if only accessible for one week! We have stayed in various Chalet locations across Avoriaz and Chalet Ardoisière is now firmly our favourite; Love it, will try and use it again.

Chalet Ardoisiere - Avoriaz

What a lovely Chalet.... The pictures on the website do not do justice to the place. The furnishing is beautiful, the equipment is exceptional and the beds are so comfortable. The 4 bedrooms were ideal for our 2 families and the living space was very well furnished. It was really nice to see a decent, flat screen TV with home cinema, keeping the kids entertainined whilst the adults cooked and talked. The hot tub and sauna transformed the holiday, it was great to relax in the warm bubbles after a hard day skiing and certainly revlieved the aching legs. The chalet was very clean and tidy on our arrival, and was kitted out with everything we required for a self catering facility. Avoraiz Chalets were very easy and pleasant to deal with, and they arranged the ski hire for us prior to arrival. Avoriaz has a very, very large ski area, so we were able to go out each day exploring new slopes, then ski back to the chalet door. This is our 2nd trip to Avoriaz, and we will be back again next year. I would certainly reccommend this chalet.

Is this now the best 4 bedroom chalet in Avoriaz?

We have stayed at Chalet Ardoisiere with Avoriaz Chalets before (2010) and found it to be perfect for a family holiday. Now, Nikki has carried out a full refurbishment including the addition of a wonderful, private hot tub with amazing views. Finishing off the day's skiing by soaking in a private tub whilst looking over the Morzine valley in total privacy is a sublime experience. The chalet is comfortable, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. You take your boots off the heated boot rack, take your skis from the private locker and step straight on to the town piste. For us, it is the perfect ski holiday and the chalet may now be the best 4 bedroom chalet in the resort.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are delighted that you enjoyed your holiday and our new outdoor hot tub. Since your visit we have enlarged our spa facility by adding a new sauna and wet room. Other enhancements include new downstairs bathrooms, a laundry facility, and an enlarged fitted designer kitchen complete with American fridge/freezer and wine chiller. We hope to welcome you back in the future.

Philip and I are passionate skiers and have spent the past 25 winters running Avoriaz Chalets and managing our 7 ski properties in Avoriaz. We pride ourselves on making all our properties a really comfortable high quality home from home, kitting them out with numerous extras, which coupled with our high standard of maintenance and hygiene and our flexible approach helps to offer you the best ski holiday ever. We are old hands in Avoriaz so we know where to find the best lunch spots on the hill, the best après-ski bars, the hidden powder and the quiet pistes. We spend all our winters in Avoriaz and will be happy to share our tips with you and we will be in resort to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
Outside of the ski season, we can usually be found either on the move or on the water as we are keen travellers, sailers and scuba divers. We divide our time between London in the UK, Paphos in Cyprus and Phuket in Thailand where we also have a beautiful Thai pool villa for rental.

Chalet Ardoisière is unique in Avoriaz as it is the only property to boast its own private outdoor hot tub. It has an enviable location sitting full south-facing in Avoriaz it enjoys full sun from its large balconies and wonderful views.
The chalet is extremely comfortable, having been furnished and fitted to an exceptionally high standard with new fittings. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including a wine chiller, the beds and bedding are luxury quality and the bathrooms all brand new. This chalet is very well managed and maintained and spotlessly clean.

Fully refurbished to a luxury standard, this fabulous chalet has its own private outdoor hot tub and indoor sauna. It's front door leads directly onto the piste and the resort facilites are within 100 meters.
