Una vez que se hospede en este condominio 2BD y 2BA bellamente amueblado y bien mantenido, ¡querrá volver una y otra vez! Disfruta de increíbles vistas del exclusivo campo de golf Palm Aire y aves exóticas en Sarasota,
Florida mientras te relajas en el lanai. Numerosos senderos para caminar, correr y andar en bicicleta por Palm Aire. Esto realmente será "su hogar lejos del hogar".

Esta unidad del primer piso cuenta con dos dormitorios y dos baños. El dormitorio principal incluye una cama Queen con un juego de dormitorio que tiene toneladas de cajones, suficiente para estancias de varios meses. El baño principal incluye un área de tocador separada. El armario con vestidor y otro armario grande en el dormitorio principal son espacio de almacenamiento más que suficiente para todos sus artículos personales.

El segundo dormitorio incluye dos camas individuales con dos armarios completos y baño completo. También incluye TV de pantalla plana de 34 ". ¡Vistas increíbles del campo de golf desde el segundo dormitorio! La ropa de cama y las toallas están incluidas y guardadas en el armario del pasillo. Lavadero GRATIS. Las salas de lavandería con dos lavadoras y dos secadoras se encuentran en cada piso.

Te sentirás relajado en el concepto abierto de sala y comedor con mucha luz. Hermosos azulejos de cerámica en toda la unidad. Cocina actualizada y luminosa con mesa de desayuno y completamente equipada con utensilios, ollas, sartenes, etc. Cable, internet, TV, electricidad, agua, eliminación de basura y WIFI están incluidos.

Acceso a dos (2) piscinas comunitarias climatizadas con fácil acceso a pie.
Una piscina está directamente al otro lado de la calle. La otra piscina está a solo unos metros por Country Club Drive. Acceso completo a la casa club con sala de ejercicios y sala de recreación.
La unidad tiene un lugar de estacionamiento designado que se encuentra justo afuera de la unidad. Estacionamiento para invitados también disponible dentro del estacionamiento del condominio.

Home was very Comfortable and well supplied, the view from lanai was wonderful and the neighborhood pleasant, loved the community heated pool and gym also. owner was very attentive and most pleasant!

Nice but dated condo. Excellent location!

Hopefully they’ll cut down the tall bushes outside the lanai so you can see the water fowl while sitting in the lanai! Great Sarasota location! The Lazy Lobster restaurant was great as well!!

Gorgeous golf course views

Lovely, spacious condo in quiet neighborhood. Breakfast in the lanai watching birds flying around the golf course! Wonderful host who always responded quickly to our questions.

Condo is big and bright and very well equipped. Perfect location, close to everything with a large swimming pool across the street.Condo is in need of some TLC, particularly the kitchen as several of the frying pans and pots are scraped and scratched to a point that the protective coating was removed.

Great Location - Great Stay

We love the Palm Aire, Sarasota area. Our stay was perfect and so was this condo. Wonderful morning views of the golf course. The weather cooperated as well. We had everything we needed and absolutely no problems. The host was attentive and helpful. The condo was clean and neat. Everything worked without a hitch. We hope to return again. Jeff

Very pleasant stay in Sarasota

We spent 4 weeks vacationing in this apartment and felt completely comfortable. It is located in a nice neighborhood and is very well equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and leaves nothing to be desired. There is also an extensive range of TVs with streaming services etc.. The beds are very comfortable, so that a good night's sleep is possible and every vacation day can be started relaxed. The landlady was extremely friendly and helped us with any questions we had. We will be back next year for another great vacation in Sarasota

Palm Aire retreat.

Very efficient unit. Could use a little update. Bedrooms were good size. Good parking areas, pool was very close and people were very friendly. View of the golf course in morning was great. Enjoyed the month for sure. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy access to major highways and interstate 75. We have been renting in the area for over 20 years. This is a good spot!! Good host!!!

Excellent accommodations in beautiful Palm Aire community!

Wife and I stayed here for 2 months in April and May. Very nice, clean 2 bed, 2 bath on 1st floor with parking just outside the front door. Laundry facilities just a few feet away off main lobby area. 2 swimming pools available with the larger one just across the street with bath house and fitness center.. We have enjoyed many gorgeous sunrise mornings and bird watching on beautiful Palm Aire golf course. Also a great low traffic walking community. Liz and Joel are very gracious hosts and always available for any questions or assistance needed. Will definately come again! Scott and Rita

Two month stay.

My teenage daughters and I stayed at Liz’s property while I worked a travel nurse contract. Communication was above and beyond. Perfect quiet spot for the 3 of us. Having 2 bathrooms and 3 beds made such a difference, we never felt crowded. Laundry access and our own screened in porch to sit in the sun. Also, the neighbors were so kind and friendly. Took us about 30 minutes to get to Siesta Key Beach. UTC is about 10 minutes away (shopping center with a mall and many food options). Would stay here again without a doubt. Thanks for hosting us.

Exceeded our expectations!

My husband and I have rented out several different condos (during the month of January) in Florida over the past 5 years. This condo exceeded our expectations! Here is why: Condo Unit: Beautifully decorated, very clean and organized, very spacious, great view of the beautiful sunrise, small creek, and golf course. It was also fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, beach towels, beach chairs, laundry basket, and cleaning supplies. It also had a small Hamilton blender which we used on a regular basis! Condo Owner: Liz was the most caring condo owner we have ever worked with in the past. Whenever we had a question, she would quickly respond and/or take action when necessary. She really shined when we reached out to her to get a recommendation for an auto transport company (we had an accident and needed to transport our car home). She sent us several recommendations and followed up to see how we were doing with the search. Location/Community: My husband and I truly enjoyed the peaceful location. Very little traffic! When we took our regular walks around the neighborhood, all of the other walkers greeted us with a positive comment or a smile. It was also very close to the University Town Center, Target, Home Depot, Whole Foods, etc. Siesta Key was only 30 minutes away too. Finally, her neighbor Marcia was so helpful when we arrived. She helped us get into the unit and was always available if we had any questions about the pool location, trash area, or laundry room. Enjoyed our Florida stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the quietness of the neighborhood as well as the friendliness of the people. Close to the things we like to do. We rode our bikes often and visited several beaches as well as enjoyed the pool. Everything was very comfortable and communication with property owner was very easy. We will definitely be returning.

A condo with a view!

This condo offers everything you need for a vacation in Sarasota. Located in a quiet safe mature neighborhood, it has comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and has a beautiful view of a golf course with lots of bird activity to keep you entertained! Close to shopping. The owner was great to deal with and fixed an issue that we had quickly and efficiently. Would definitely return if staying in Sarasota.

Wonderful home

This is a very attractive condo and the hosts are terrific. The condo is roomy, comfortable and has lovely furniture. The kitchen is large and well-stocked. It has a beautiful back porch which overlooks a golf course. The hosts are very considerate, easy to communicate with and go out of their way to make sure guests have a good experience.

Wonderful Time

Liz's condo was perfect for us. Everything you need to call home was there for us. So comfortable and the view was the best ever. A lot of things to do in the area. Liz is so easy to work with and she called to make sure everything was ok.

A Truly Wonderful Vacation Home

This is a very nice and spacious condo in a very good location. It is in a safe neighborhood and we enjoyed walking the area. It is so easy to get to downtown Sarasota and the beaches, as well as shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings and accessories were nice, and everything was clean. The kitchen is nicely stocked too. The screened in lanai is the perfect spot for morning coffee. The owner is great to work with, answers communications quickly, and is simply a delightful person. We really enjoyed our stay, and look back on our time there as a pretty magical experience!

Great spot and location

The condo's picture don't give it justice, place is very spacious and open. Nice home away from away, with all amenities you are needing for an extended stay. The lunia was my favorite especially in the mornings drinking a cup of tea. Convenient to shopping, easy drive to the beaches. The free laundry was nice and neighbors very friendly. I would stay again and refer family and friends.

Condo was nice; lovely to sit on the lanai and watch the fish and birds in the lagoon.

Condo had all the amenities we needed. Great having a complimentary washer and dryer on the same floor.
