VILLA LUNA - Holiday in Villasimius near the most beaches of the coast
A lovely villa simply but tastefully furnished, which allows you to breathe in the pleasant feeling of being at home from the very first day of your holiday.
Perfect for families with small children, teenagers and couples who like to experience the excitement of a seaside holiday in a serene and cosy setting.
Comfortable detached villa of about 55 sqm, located in the village Porto Luna l just 2 km from the centre of Villasimius.
Set on the hillside and surrounded by a lovely garden, the property is spread over three levels. The ground floor is characterised by an entrance/living room furnished with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette and a dining area that opens directly onto a furnished portico, ideal for pleasant moments of relaxation in the open air.
In the basement, there is a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower, while on the first floor there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom, also with shower.
The House is managed by Sardinia Chic, which is a qualified company in touristic and hosting services. Our aim is to offer you a unique experience. Our properties are not hotels and do not have a reception desk active 24/7.
However, we truly value the opportunity to welcome you in person, as we believe every stay begins with a warm smile and a handshake. For this reason, check-in takes place in person between 4:00pm and 9:00pm.
Knowing your arrival time in advance allows us to organize everything smoothly. Since we manage multiple properties, any delay may cause other Guests to wait. Punctuality is a simple yet meaningful gesture that allows us to offer every Guest a warm and timely welcome.
Please notify our Booking Office of your flight or ferry arrival time at least 72 hours in advance via message or email, so we can schedule an appointment for key handover with a Sardinia Chic team member.
For evening arrivals, a supplement of € 100.00 applies for check-in after 9:00pm . All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by our team.
The Contract
Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays.
Deposit
The refundable deposit of € 500,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House.
The Tourist Tax
The tourist tax, excluded from the total stay, is applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. Please note that the Municipality of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on site. From 1st March to 31st October, € 1,00 (One/00) per person for every night (10 years are excluded). The local council tax has to be settled directly by the Guest to the Property Manager Agency, and must be paid in cash during check-in operations.
**Pets weighing under 10 kg are allowed in this property at no additional charge, excluding breeds considered dangerous. The presence of a pet must be declared at the time of booking, specifying its weight and breed. This information is a mandatory condition for acceptance.
LOCATION
Villasimìus, Crabonaxa in the Sardinian language, is the ultimate holiday destination of the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, where crystal clear sea, white beaches, social life and good food are a perfect mix for the holidays of many tourists. Villasimius is considered the pearl of the south-east of our island, its coastline is formed by a wonderful variety of beaches, interspersed with small cliffs and the promontory of Capo Carbonara. The most famous beaches of the coast are Porto Sa Ruxi, Campus, Campulongu, Porto Giunco, Punta Molentis, Simius, Spiaggia del Riso and Timi Ama beach. In town, there are numerous supermarkets, local markets, local crafts shops, shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, but also banks, post offices, petrol stations, medical guards, etc.
Porto Luna Beach
Porto Luna beach is part of the Municipality of Villasimius and is placed in the Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara. It’s the closest beach to the house (not equipped beach), about 300 mt, and it takes just a few minutes’ walk to reach it walking along a small dirt road. Porto Luna beach is located between Is Traias beach and Is Prezzus beach, it’s not a large beach and is made of medium-grained white-golden sand with a shallow and sandy bottom and some flat rocks, the sea is crystal clear with shades between green and turquoise, moreover, Porto Luna beach is surrounded by the typical Mediterranean vegetation.
