La vista es excelente desde la terraza de la propiedad, que da a un valle, las montañas Sherwin y la cercana ciudad de Mammoth.

Great location!

This place had a good location and plenty of space for 2 families- it’s affordable however run-down but if that doesn’t bother you then great - the beds are still not upgraded and were a bit rough but we were just grateful to find an affordable place . The showers felt amazing !

Getting tired, but can't beat the view and location.

This unit was great for our two families of 4. Plenty of space. Very comfortable. It's not exactly ski in-ski out, which requires a walk up hill (our down) of roughly 250 yards. There is also a long walk to the spa tub, which is just OK. The appliances are old, but work for the most part. Despite the age related drawbacks, we would stay here again.

Amazing property, I look forward to staying here again

While the place is a little dated, and probably overdue for a renovation, it was easily one of the best stays I've had in Mammoth. The condo was very clean when we arrived, and the proximity to the slopes (Eagle) is fantastic. It's just a short walk to the Bridges run where you strap in and ski down to the lift. As I said, the interior is a little dated, but the layout of the bedrooms, common area, and loft was perfect for us. This trip was with 3 adults and no kids, but the floor plan would be excellent for folks with kids as well. I plan on reserving this property again with my family very soon!

Mammoth Getaway

Lots of room for a large group. All of the adults and teens had their own beds and/or room. There was always a bathroom available (a must when there are at least five adults/teens in the group). Close to Eagle Lodge so anyone could ski back for a quick bite and then head back out to the slopes. The faucets are a bit dated, but nothing that anyone couldn't "handle." Lots of kitchenware, lots of clean towels, and plenty of games for the kids.

We like the Location and the view. but the house needs to be updated. They reauired no shoes to enter but the carpet looked a bit dirty and needs to be cleaned. The masterbedroom has 2 doors to the bathroom and one was hard to open and close.

Slivers and ice not very nice

Windows and doors were broken as well and broken wood everywhere. Dirty carpets. Two people got slivers in their hands from the wooden hand rails. Old place. Thought they would have renovated it from 3 years ago, but they didn't. Dryer and washer was super loud. Horrible experience for money

Mammoth Vacation

We always love staying in Mammoth and the June Loop area. This property had the accommodations we needed for our family of 9. The view was beautiful, and the locations was great. It had a private garage & additional parking directly in front of the property which was a huge plus. It was clean and had all the usual amenities needed. It is a bit outdated. The main living room's windows are broken and hard to open. The carpets need attention and should be removed from the bathrooms, especially around the showers. The primary room & bathroom's outlets didn't work, along with the door locks. The sofas could use a cleaning, and the leather armchair is a bit worn and should be replaced, we had to place a sheet over it so it wouldn't rub our head when leaning back. The 3D pictures did show a hot tub off the primary room's deck, but there was not one, so grandkids were disappointed. Overall, it was fine, we made do and enjoyed beautiful Mammoth!

Not what we expected

It definitely wasn't what we expected. We had an issue with the kitchen sink (unsanitary). The Refrigerator wasn't very cold for the food. Couldn't use the dryer, because it wasnt working properly. The carpet was horrible throughout. Definitely need to wear socks or shoes. Overall very disappointed for the price we paid. Needs some major TLC. Spent a lot of time reaching out to property management for repairs and service while on vacation.

Bottom bedrooms were chilly but house overall is comfortable and a lot of room. Short walk to slopes but recommend driving to the upper condo's parking lot, dropping off gear and passengers then driver drive back to the house and walk back up. Ski/board down to Eagle lodge.

Love Mammoth

Lots of room! All adults and teens who wanted their own bed (and not just a sofa pull-out) got one! Able to ski back from Eagle Lodge and would have been able to ski to Eagle Lodge had there been more snow. However, there was enough snow in the front of the home for the teens to have snow ball fights.

Great location and area however...

This property is in desperate need of maintenance. The carpet was filthy and looked in need of a deep cleaning. Many windows were non functioning and there was no air conditioning. Could be an amazing rental but none of the sliders worked to the decks (wouldn’t open or shut properly) and there was a broken jacuzzi on one deck that was an eyesore.
