Cabaña Sunny Seaside con vista al mar

Brillante y soleado chalet junto al mar, con vistas al mar. En una calle tranquila a poca distancia de restaurantes y centro comercial. Fácil acceso a la autopista uno para llegar a todos los destinos altamente deseados de Big Sur, Carmel, Monterey y Santa Cruz. Aquarium, Monterey Wharf y Cannery Row en 5 minutos. Un montón de estacionamiento en la calle. Mi casa cuenta con una cama tamaño king y un colchón de piso si es necesario en el dormitorio principal. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble (XL). La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama y un sofá tamaño queen para huéspedes adicionales.

This home is clean and cozy! Perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and bedding luxurious. The host responded quickly whenever we had questions. We would love to stay again next year!

Clean, cute cottage located near many amenities. Pavel is easy to work with, helped me through my first VRBO experience! Property was spotless, well equipped with everything one might need for an extended stay. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Seaside retreat

This is the second time that we have stayed at this location, and it was even better than the first. The owner made upgrades to the wonderful outdoor sitting area, and the inside continues to be well maintained, and equipped for guests.

The property is very spacious and comfortable. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances that are modern and useful. The beds are large and comfortable and there are many extras such as very nice pictures on the walls, a large supply of condiments and plenty of silverware and glassware. The pots and pans are very new and up-to-date. The house is in a residential area, we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. There is ample parking off the street. The host was responsive and treated as very well.

Very clean cute little rental for families!

My boys, husband and I stayed here for a few days. The rental was spacious, clean and perfect for our mid week get away from the heat. We love the option to stay in Sea side and with our boys being older (16&12) they like some space so a vrbo is always the first option. Neighborhood for the most part was pretty quiet and conveniently located to all of our destinations ie Big Sur & Carmel. Thank you for the wonderful stay in the Seaside Cottage!

We loved our stay!

We had a great time at Pavel's Seaside cottage. The house was very clean and well-stocked. Pavel is a very responsive host and had great restaurant recommendations for us. We loved the location too, easily walkable to a small market for groceries and to a busier area in Seaside that had bars/restaurants, but just a short drive to downtown Monterey if needed. We would definitely stay again if we're ever in the area! Highly recommend.

Cute seaside home

Cute house which worked perfectly for my husband and my son/daughter-in-law. Great location for the Big Sur/Carmel/Monterey area. House is very cute, nice comfy furniture to relax in at the end of the day. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked with necessary amenities needed. Nice it also has a washer/dryer. Would stay there again.

Nice house, nicest host ever

Clean cozy homey place. Decent kitchen equipment. 45 minute walk to MJF, we walked to the festival every day. Pavel was an excellent host, flexible and friendly and great communication.

Poor quality interiors, needs paint, drywall patching, updated flooring. Bathroom very, very sub-par, everything old. Kitchen is terrible - cabinets patched together, unfinished edges, old plastic laminate counters, light fixtures have bulbs hanging down from them, I could go on....

Great Stay

This was a great stay. The house just feels like a home away and is centrally located to many restaurants, stores, military installation, etc. The owner has ensured that the home is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, from bath items, laundry detergent, kitchen items, etc. We also enjoyed the front patio. The home has no a/c which had me nervous. BUT, knowing the average temp of the area, I took a chance. Not a problem at all as the temp in the home was always comfortable and at night it was chilly enough to sleep well. Finally, I had a chance to chat with the Host, Pavel, and he was just great. Very responsive, pleasant to talk with, and accommodating to our needs. Thanks for the great stay! I would definitely stay again, if in the area.

We were very pleased with this rental. The house was well equipped, the internet was effective, and we had a great time. It was especially nice that there were active accounts on multiple streaming services that made it easier to entertain our granddaughter. Would absolutely rent again

Great Stay - Well equip

Great little place, loved our own parking and the house was very well equip with whatever you'd need, especially if you're a coffee drinker! Bigger/roomier than expected, a pleasant surprise. The only things I would have loved improved upon, blackout curtains, ceiling fans (box fans were provided but they're loud), and a side entry by parking space to avoid having small children walk near the road. Overall, great stay and great property! Sufficiently met our needs.

Charming place

Everything you could ask for and more. There were numerous ways to prepare coffee, a large spice selection, and many towels and linens. Host was very responsive and nice. Highly recommend.
