Spencer Mountain Cabin está a solo 6,4 km de Whitefish y a 15 minutos de la estación de esquí de Big Mountain. Nuestra cabaña de nueva construcción con una ubicación ideal ofrece millas y millas de ciclismo de montaña y terreno para caminatas: simplemente cruce la calle. Sentados en 4. 5 acres vallados, hemos hecho los alojamientos cómodos para los caballos también. El Parque Glacier ofrece caminatas épicas, vistas y vida salvaje a poca distancia. En el invierno, podrá disfrutar de trineos tirados por perros, esquí de fondo, esquí XC, ciclismo de nieve, las comodidades del centro de Whitefish y, por supuesto, el Big Mountain Ski Hill, todos a pocos minutos. El verano ofrece pesca, natación, río flotante, senderismo, ciclismo, kayak, paseos a caballo y mucho más. Los restaurantes son abundantes, las compras en la ciudad para todos los gustos y la gente realmente genial para conocer.

Nuestra acogedora cabina duerme 8-10 personas. Cocina abierta, chimenea, desván, cubierta envolvente alrededor del porche, sótano completo con juegos y área de descanso, ducha exterior, porche y pozo de fuego al aire libre. El plan de piso abierto permite una vida simple, un entretenimiento fácil y una serenidad pacífica.

Incluso tenemos comodidades para su caballo: 3 acres de pasto, paneles de 12x12, agua y electricidad.

El dormitorio principal del piso principal tiene una cama queen, vestidor, baño privado con bañera, ducha y piso con calefacción.

El loft tiene dos camas matrimoniales y cubículos para su equipaje. El 1/2 baño en el piso principal es perfecto para los huéspedes del loft.

El sótano cuenta con un dormitorio grande con una cama tamaño queen y una litera completa, una con dos camas individuales y un nido. Un baño completo con bañera / ducha y calefacción por suelo radiante. Perfecto para una familia!

La cocina está surtida, solo necesitas proporcionar tu propia comida. Cocina a gas, microondas, horno, refrigerador y congelador con máquina de hielo y lavavajillas. La isla de la cocina grande tiene capacidad para 5-6, y hay una mesa de cocina / rompecabezas de 2 asientos adyacente a la isla. También hay varias opciones de asientos en el porche.

Slice of Heaven

Shea was a very responsive host. The house was amazing! We loved opening the glass garage door to the big screened in porch….so unique. The deck was huge and provided a great view of nature. The house was fully stocked and clean. Conveniently located close to Whitefish and just an hour away from Glacier. Highly recommend!

GNP Boys Trip!

Myself and 7 friends had a blast exploring the area and GNP! The cabin was the perfect place to use as a home base during our trip. Just far enough away from Whitefish/GNP to feel private, yet close enough to adventure and see everything we had planned. Spencer Mountain Cabin

The Spencer Mountain Cabin was the PERFECT choice for our exploration of the Glacier NP and Flathead Valley. We traveled with another couple for our hiking adventures. The cabin is tastefully decorated - very comfortable and squeaky clean. Perfect remote location but close to town as well. Great stay!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay at the Spencer Mountain cabin! We were only a short drive into Whitefish area and not too far from Glacier NP. Our family loved the corn hole game and ping pong! The kitchen was well equipped for making our own meals, along with the charcoal grill outside. Plenty of sleeping space and places to chill and hang out! We would love to stay here again if we make it back to Montana! Shea was a great host and answered questions and gave great suggestions on the area!

Fantastic Cabin with Great Hosts

We had a fantastic summer stay at the Spencer Mountain Cabin. The pictures don't do the inside of the house justice - it is super well-maintained, very clean, and appointed with everything you could need. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had local information and were comfortable. Good location close to both outdoors and in-town activities. Extremely pleased!

Absolutely Perfect!

An amazing experience and property! So spacious and perfect for our group of 6. The best aspect for us was the screened-in patio overlooking the farm/forest. Even saw a bear out there! Amazing location as well; no less than 15 minutes to downtown whitefish and 45 minutes to the west entrance of Glacier National Park. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Fantastic Cabin

The Spencer Mountain Cabin was the perfect place for our family vacation. The cabin was clean and beautiful with nice linens and a fully stocked kitchen. Five stars isn’t really a fair rating, this cabin deserves more! The house decorations and furnishings gave the feel of a wonderful mountain retreat. The location was quiet, yet close enough to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend the Spencer Mountain Cabin to anyone looking for the perfect Montana location.

Country Home along Stillwater Creek

We had a wonderful time at the listed property and in adjacent community of Whitefish. The accommodations at referenced property were welcoming and homey. We enjoyed time together on the porches with meals and viewing the meadow below. The home is modern, well kept, and has plenty of beds for a family. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the stove made cooking in easy. I would recommend the property if you are looking for a place to get away and relax.

Quiet and relaxing

This was nestled in the woods and was so quiet. While sitting on the screened in porch, it was so quiet that I heard splashing in the nearby river. Shortly thereafter, a bear walks across the property. Lots of wildlife! Owners had amazing communication. Amenities were top notch and perfect for our family. It was a great place to unwind and disconnect. Perfect vacation get away.

Amazing Stay

We had an incredible experience both at the cabin and in the area. Shae was super to work with and the cabin was exactly as pictured. We saw deer in the mornings and loved listening to the wind chimes on the deck. Kitchen has all the furnishings as we cooked breakfast each day there. The house was super clean and overall it was exactly what we were looking and hoping for! Thanks so much for hosting us and providing such a first class experience! Exceptional Place

Everything about this place is exceptional. This was, hands down, the best VRBO property our group has ever stayed. The detail of the home design and the thoughtfulness of the furnishings are topics of conversation during your entire stay. The communication with the owner is excellent. Don’t look any further. If you can rent this place, do it before someone else does. I was there for a Girl’s Weekend, but I want to come back just so my family can experience this great home and wonderful area.

Stunning and super clean!!!!

The Spencer Cabin is AMAZING. The trip was different then we planned a year ago with Covid, Glacier being half closed and less than ideal weather but the cabin was exactly the place to recharge and reconnect with family. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us and the ping pong table was a lifesaver for the rainy times. The cabin is beautifully decorated and was very clean. Shea was super easy to work with even during the crazy pandemic times. Seriously one of my favorite VBRO rentals and would definitely stay there again on the next trip to Glacier.

Beautiful Montana Cabin

Our family of four just returned from a wonderful week at Spencer Mountain Cabin. The cabin is brand new and beautifully decorated with an open floor plan. It sits on 5 acres and the Stillwater river runs through it - great for tubing or just cooling off. It is less than ten minutes outside the town of fun, low-key resort town of Whitefish. Shea is a terrific communicator and went above and beyond with flowers and toiletries. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics you'll need. The best part is hanging out on the screen porch or letting the outdoors in with the garage door open. You will love this special cabin!

Montana Wedding

We were blessed to find Spencer Mountain cabin after a covid housing cancellation left us with no place to stay and a wedding already planned. Shea is the most gracious host we have come across in our travels. Shea is responsive, answered all questions, gave us a heads up on GNP restrictions and even helped us plan some wedding events!! The cabin and property is just wonderful. Hiking, kayaking steps away. Close to town but private location. We had both the bride and groom's family at the cabin. Comfortable with enough privacy for all 7 of us. Our daughter and new son-in-law already are talking about when we can all return!

--------> LOVING THE SPENCER MOUNTAIN CABIN LIFE <--------

Just on the outskirts of Whitefish (a 10 minute drive from town) you'll find the most incredible place to stay, for us it truly felt like a home away from home! From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The outside of the cabin was lit with strings of twinkling white lights that not only gave the property a whimsical vibe but also helped us find it more easily at night. As we walked into the place we'd call home for the next 5 days we were instantly struck with awe. Just taking in the cabin's décor alone was enough to keep our eyes busy for an hour - from the tandem bike hung from the high vaulted ceilings doubling as a light fixture to the vintage snow and ski equipment showcased on the walls, we could tell that each item had been handpicked with love and care. There were even fresh cut flowers and a complimentary bottle of wine on the entry table to celebrate our 8 year wedding anniversary, so thoughtful! We had an absolute blast skiing, walking through the cute town, and exploring the expansive biking and hiking trail system we found, literally by walking out the front door of the cabin and crossing the road. Staying here, we couldn't have experienced a dull moment if we tried! During the times we just wanted to take it easy and relax in the comfort of this magical place, this cabin once again did not disappoint because sitting on shelves were plenty of games, puzzles, and books. We played match after match of ping pong downstairs and at the end of the night, with a few clicks of the remote, we were able to access our Netflix account on the TV! There were so many cool little details and perks about this cabin that my husband and I could literally go on and on for pages, if only VRBO would let us have more space to write! We loved the radiant heated floors, jacuzzi tub, dimmable lights, wood burning fireplace, a cool modern glass garage door in the living room that opens up to a screened outside deck, and a hammock hanging outside to sit and read or just enjoy the beautiful and private scenery. It looks like there are even amenities for horses, and I can't forget to mention the beautiful river right behind the cabin that, in the summer, would be the perfect place to float for hours. Talk about being tempted to stay here this summer; to experience this little slice of heaven during a different season. We couldn't recommend staying in this cabin enough if you are planning a trip to Whitefish or to surrounding areas!
