Este espacioso apartamento está completamente amueblado con cocina y mucha privacidad. La residencia es rural, pero a 5 minutos de excelentes tiendas y a 15 minutos de la universidad.

Barrio tranquilo y seguro. Este apartamento está conectado a nuestra casa familiar pero mantiene un ambiente privado ya que se encuentra sobre nuestro garaje.
Hay mucho espacio de estacionamiento con un lugar de estacionamiento disponible en el camino de entrada y estacionamiento en la calle.

Descargo de responsabilidad: Tenemos 3 niños a los que les encanta jugar afuera y puede escucharlos mientras juegan si las ventanas están abiertas.

Amy and Adam's rental was just perfect for our 4 nights in Missoula! The rental had everything we needed. The coffee bar was a nice touch. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping needs. Highly recommend. Nice couple to chat with as well. Next time I'll have to tag along on a river raft trip with them:)

Comfort and convenience

Very clean upstairs studio apartment!! Close to the university and downtown Missoula. This is our second stay!! Owners are very kind and responsive. It is their residence, so you will hear children at play. Would rent again.

The Perfect Place

From check-in to check-out, perfect! Adam and Amy were the quintessential hosts. They were so friendly and gracious, attentive to our every need. The apartment was incredibly complete with regard to set up and attractively furnished. For 700 square feet, it had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was well stocked with everyday needs as far as spices, pots and pans, etc. I prefer their bed to my own. It was lovely and quiet and I want to go back!

Quiet and nice.

The apartment is a nice large space in a quiet subdivision. The heater is a gas stove fireplace and that was really neat. The only thing was that I didn't know the second bed was tucked away in the closet. The first night I slept on the couch. Easy communication. I would stay there again.

Lovely stay

Everything was exactly as advertised in this private space in a rural neighborhood on edge of Missoula proper. The owners are very responsive and the stay was easy, accessible and comfortable. Highly recommend

What more could I ask for?

Quiet, Beautiful, and serene. Our hosts were kind and courteous and we communicated as needed. Everything you could ask for was available and I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in the Garden City. You need not have to go any further than the Trough on Clements for your dining and shopping needs.

June Wedding Stay

We stayed here in mid June and had a great time. The apartment was neat and clean and centrally located that it made it very easy to attend the wedding events we had in Missoula. If we come back to Missoula again we will definetly stay here again.

excellent apartment for our stay

This is the second time my husband and I stayed at this apartment. We chose it because it is very quiet, clean, has everything needed in the kitchen to make our meals, a firm good mattress and even has beautiful mountain views out the back windows. The owners are very easy to work with and will respond to you quickly with any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay at their apartment with our future Missoula visits.

A wonderful spacious, comfortable, clean and very well furnished apartment.

We were so thrilled with Adam and Amy's apartment. As busy parents we found this room to be a luxurious get away spot. Everything we needed was there. It was so quiet and peaceful. We loved the gas fireplace, comfortable sofa, and really well equipped kitchen. The atmosphere of the room really made us comfortable. The bathroom has such a nice "new" feel to it with a big roomy shower. They had thought of everything to make our stay so relaxing. The mattress on the bed was so comfortable and we slept so much better than we do at home. We appreciated the wifi. It was fast and streamed well and they had all the hookups ready for that. The location is just a few minutes from a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, unique grocery stores and bakeries. We enjoyed a luxurious movie theater experience "just around the corner" (our first in 11 yeas ☺). We really couldn't have asked for more. So thankful for an honest and special experience. They definitely deliver all that they offer on their site and much more!

Perfect studio

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amy and Adam's studio. The bed and linens (including towels) were very comfortable, the apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We did not have enough time due to family obligations to hang out much nor to use the kitchen other than coffee and toast, but the kitchen was well stocked, the shower was large with plenty of hot water, the furniture throughout the studio was comfortable and we really enjoyed the view of the mountains. We will definitely book again when we are visiting our son in Missoula. Renters should be aware that this is in a quiet neighborhood which worked well for us as it is near our son's house and we had a car to get around.
